    At first the app seemed promising. Then after I took the opening test I realized THE ENTIRE APP IS LOCKED BEHIND A PAY WALL. If it’s not free then don’t advertise it as free on the App Store.

    Since all these corona lockdown started, this app has helped me be in track with workouts. I started to do the challenges, they are great because they start with very simple exercises getting ready for the next and next which get more and more complicated. Completely recomendable .

    I really enjoy this app, the only knock is the weekly pay, if it was bi-weekly or monthly that would be better. But I truly enjoy the fact that this app gives you alternative exercises if you want to challenge yourself or decrease an exercise/workouts intensity to suit your needs and varying levels of physical fitness. I also love the videos along with each workout/exercise to help guide your form/shape and get the best results with each use.

    I’ve used lots of different ones and none of them ever actually got a personal trainer to text me and assess my goals. It’s also one of the cheapest I’ve seen, $4.99/mo and you get 1-2 workouts each day and access to a whole library of targeted workouts if you want to work out a little longer. Perfect for no equipment workouts especially if you don’t have access to gym.

    I filled out all personal info only to be stopped by a wall of $5 per week commitment first... yes, they offer one free trial week, but you have to commit first to payment. I don’t play like that. Now I have to delete your app, unsubscribed from you emails... I wish you would let all future customers that you charge $5 per week prior a possible customer fills out all personal info.

    This app is so easy to use and accessible for all levels of fitness. I’m a full time cardio dance instructor, but these quick workouts are perfect for my off days, when I’m on vacation, or for extra credit toning and strengthening. You can adjust the settings to your personal goals and comfort level, and the app will adapt to challenge you as you progress! I’ve literally done these 15-minute workouts on the beach in Italy, in a Swiss vineyard, and in my backyard in LA. Anywhere you can set down a yoga mat, you can get a quick workout in.

    Love this App! I have been doing workouts 5 days a week and I have noticed a difference in my body. Lost some belly fat which I have been focusing on. I like that if the workout is too difficult there are other options to choose from. So there are no excuses. This app is perfect if you don’t have time to go to the gym.     Knowing that I pay for this app every week motivates me to work out whenever it tells me too! It’s also nice having a coach that tells you what to do.I like the calendar that tells me when I worked out. Seeing those checkmarks is really awesome. It’s super simple you just select the work out and just do what it says. I’ve been using YouTube a long time and it gets complicated sometimes when if you try and add musicOr with the commercials. I am on week three of a bikini challenge and love it! I like that you can pick all sorts of challenges (bikini, fat loss, muscle gain, etc.) and some days you get to pick from a couple of different workouts, like upper, lower, cardio, and abs. Overall I’ve never been more consistent with my workouts. Combined with eating healthy (per my nutritionist) I’ve seen results in two weeks.

    The biggest barrier to getting a workout routine going is the start, for me. So, these easy 12-20 minute workouts are a can do - while on a status call or in between zoom calls. No equipment necessary, and I can do additional workouts if I want. I have shed a couple of lbs already. Low barrier to entry. I feel like I’m getting my groove back.

    I was intimidated with the warm-up but was amazed at the end. I’m 5’ft, 143lbs and wasn’t active at all. I’m telling you I work at a desk job at home. There wasn’t much walking being done from computer desk to couch. I started the warm-up and managed to keep up even if I was out of breath and loved the rest. I swiped to the next and it wasn’t as intense as the warm-up but it was a good flow that I was still sweating. Lol gosh I’m actually finally excited to do the next one!

    This is perfect for me and what I’m looking for, you can customize workouts for whatever you are looking for. You can adjust an exercise if you want to do something different but it still works the same muscle group. If you are looking for a longer workout than what suggested you can adjust. I’m only in week two but so far I really enjoy this program.

    I have used the app for 4 months and have lost 10lbs! It’s great for toning. Because they are short work outs I can manage to squeeze them into my busy day. I have noticed on the later levels (I’m on 5) that there seems to be a glitch in the cool downs. It skips around a bit.

    This app is exactly what I needed. I’m in moderately good shape and so every time I tried getting back into working out on my own in the past, it seemed like I’d always stop just as things started to get hard. This app gives me set workouts - some harder than and some easier than I can handle - but overall, it’s helped me find the ability to push for another few reps or two more sets where in the past, I would’ve quit and called it a day. Amazing for the quarantine times AND regular times... whenever that’ll be.
