    I’ve had this for about a year and I am tired of the issues. I understand there are bugs with updates, but I am tired of being prompted for my purchase and having the app crash as soon as I try to open it. Today’s issue is the crashing, and I highly doubt I will keep this app any longer

    It’s CONSTANTLY shutting down on me, changes sizes back to the previous size I was working on and is sloooooow. My device is updated and so is my App. When it works it’s amazing, just wish it was consistent.

    I have had trouble with this app since I downloaded it a year ago. Refuses to upload pictures, continually logs me out not matter how many times I delete the app and reload it. Now I can’t figure out how to cancel my subscription.

    So far this is the best app for my needs, but still has its annoyances. Really wish I could delete custom stickers. Also frequent crashes. Resetting app data seems to help with these two issues, but still a pain. I have to reset app data every time I use the app.

    Are used to love this app. Are used it for almost 2 years. But now they changed it so that almost everything you have to have the next subscription up, and I already pay for it. Not paying more for stuff I already paid for. Now, it is impossible to find how to cancel it. Says I have to turn auto pay off but it not available.

    I’ve uninstalled this app several times and followed all the trouble shooting suggestions and still can’t get it to upload into Sonlet. I contacted support but nothing. Very frustrated.

    I purchase a plan and then in the midst of a subscription they change what is available. These changes tend to happen about 2-3 months before your 1 year pre-paid plan is up!!!

    I’ve got the old premium subscription for four dollars and ninety nine cents and I feel because this isn’t the newest, most expensive subscription the bugs are constant and the app gets hung up constantly, where you can’t upload pix to Sonlet, and or your cell phone. I say this because the promo for five ninety nine keeps popping up and when you don’t give in and upgrade it asks for your password and just loops around, never loading correctly. Or Sonlet will just stop communicating with LaCollage so a lot of wasted time is spent. I’m about ready to try something else at this point.

    App doesn’t always work! I paid $60 for the year and now it says I have to pay more to use the extra templates and there’s not template for outfits with my $60 version what the crap man?! So freaking annoying there’s no way to contact them either when the app isn’t working! Hate this app!

    The app tell you to simply turn off auto renew to not be charged and for the life of me no matter what is tried.... the option is not there, there is no site to easy access and I keep getting charged $5.99 a month and have not used in close to a year probably! Do not load unless you plan on never getting out of the Lula business!

    No easy way to cancel account, subscription notes say how to turn off auto renewal but there is no mechanism that allows you to do it and no number to call. Shady!

    It sounded better called LuLaCollage. The word LuLa isn’t trademarked so I’m not sure why you would need to change the name. Anywho the app works great for what I need it for.

    I currently have a subscription to Premium Access which includes the sync to Sonlet. It is not allowing me to sync without an upgrade, yet my subscription is current. This needs to be fixed. I don’t mind doing the upgrade to the Plus when my current subscription expires, but I have already paid for that ability for several months yet. I have sent a letter to Support, but have not received an answer, hence this review. Please fix this issue and I will update my review.

    My pictures keep getting frozen. Then I get a screen asking me if I want to upgrade it won’t let me go any further unless I upgrade I try to cancel that then my pictures won’t upload? I keep having this problem I don’t understand why?

    They make cancelling your subscription almost impossible and you have to jump through several hoops. I still have yet to resolve this issue. Poor business practice.

    This app is helpful for your LULAROE business! However: Seems to be quite difficult to disconnect auto-pay. Haven’t needed the services for months. I try to deactivate to no avail and then get distracted and continue to get billed. Tried again tonight. Couldn’t find a website, couldn’t find the option through the app.

    I love love love this app! But it constantly freezes on me. I open up the app and it’s immediately frozen. I’m constantly checking for updates and deleting and redownloading the app and I still run into this problem. It really puts me behind when I’m trying to get things put together.

    I wasn’t originally won over by this app, I’m a tech nerd and didn’t find it as user friendly at first but the latest updates and many templates have me won back over! I don’t use any other program anymore and the templates make my photos look clean and consistent. Love they are constantly taking feedback and improving.

    This app is the best for my business. I have been a Lularoe retailer for a little over a year. Lula collage is the first app I grabbed from the App Store. I have others as well but this is the one that is my go too. The other apps don’t hold a candle to lulacollage in my book. I have it on my iPhone and my iPad. Both platforms work beautifully, the collages are perfect for my business. I can showcase the clothes in full and up close on the same photo collage adding my business name so everyone knows it’s mine. Everything is changeable from colors to fonts, add a watermark, sizes, prices, and even change the layout or how many pictures you have in it. This app is so easy to use. You won’t be disappointed.

    I love lulacollage simply because it saves me 4-6 hours with each box of inventory. They also have a new feature that lets you add stickers to your collage. I like that a lot because it helps me differentiate my brand! Anyone who sells lularoe should use lulacollage!

    Good graphics and ability to change to get what you need. But INCREDIBLY slow to load to sonlet/Shop the roe. The app Must be open to load and it literally takes hours.

    I started using Lula collage after another program I was using wasn’t working. It changed my whole business! The colors were clearer! The labels were cleaner! The ease of use! And it uploads to my sonlet instantly so I don’t have to keep all my photos on my phone manually load them myself! I had seen others using it but was hesitant. I’ll never go back! Lula collage 🙌🏻

    I was forced to update the app and now it says I have to subscribe when I already do! If I click on restore purchases it just spins and spins for hours. I rely on this app for my business. Guess I will have to look elsewhere if it is not fixed soon.

    First off thank you for correcting the issue, second I shouldn’t have to spend an hour haggling with Apple because now I’m subscribed to the “Pro” package that I never wanted. You should really be providing this info as an app developer and making it right for everyone impacted verses brushing it off on your customers. I’m back using your app but I’ll be exploring other options to use going forward.
