    Latest update broke the ability to pick which areas of the image triggers motion and which doesn’t trigger the motion detection, very annoying. I have emailed the company twice and been informed that they are working on a solution, well not soon enough, this has been weeks ago, 1 star until this is fixed.

    I’ve had a camera for about 6 months and it works perfectly. I pay $5 a month for 7 days worth of recordings. Only annoying thing is that it will only record 5 seconds at a time in each “clip”. Other than that, works perfectly.

    Very easy to install. You will need to make sure you follow the instructions. The attaching of the GDO wires has to be correct. I recommend looking carefully looking at the picture showing how to install wires. You do that and you will be up and running. You also need will need to have a good WiFi in the garage. Highly recommend.

    Trying to focus on reviewing the app, using it with the Niro garage door camera/controller. App works well at primary function of viewing live video and opening/closing garage doors. But the app is missing features claimed in the manual. There is no record button, and no audio/microphone button. So I can’t manually record video or hear audio or use the 2-way speaker. (Video only records 20 sec if you set a motion event trigger.) The other issue is that I have a window in my garage, and it is constantly (10x per day) triggered whenever the sun comes up, goes behind a cloud, comes out again, car headlights shine in, etc. This is even after setting the sensitivity to the lowest setting. So the camera is solid, but the app doesn’t allow me to use all the purported features.

    I purchased the Aria Floodlight. Everything is working so far. Now for some feedback for Momentum: The pairing of the camera worked perfect. The app worked great, loads the camera’s live feed and the playback video pretty quick. Light switch and level adjustment works. Mic and muting on the live view screen works. Now for the quirky things that I’m sure will be worked out in future releases: The video playback sound doesn’t work unless you unmute the live feed audio first. This is just a small annoyance, but I had seen someone’s complaint about this. I think the default muted audio should be a setting that the user can select and set, not by default. This way everyone can have it set the way they prefer. Zoom will lockup the live feed sometimes and you have to get out of the live feed to reset it. I’m sure I will have more feedback as I start using the product more. Thanks Update: Floodlights see motion and turn on, but now camera does not record motion or send motion alert.🙄

    Honestly a month in now using the Momentum Axel camera running on 5GHz connection and I am honestly happy ..... Before I made a purchase I read all the reviews on both Apple and Google Play stores and I admit I was kinda skeptical with the 5GHz because that’s my routers bandwidth supports and I was on a budget and this was right around my price range so I took the gamble and got it from Walmart exactly $39.47 out the door and keep my receipt just in case.. and it took me a few days to tinker with it and adjust it to my phone and where I was going to place it and I don’t use the cloud account the Momentum provides I run a 8GB Micro SD card the ‘cheap one ‘ and it’s like having the same thing as having a Cloud account. I have 24hr live view from the app and I believe the ones that have experienced problems with the iP Camera probably where still in the beginning of tinkering around and working out the bugs but never gave it a little time to adjust. Honestly people it’s 39.47 and I’m blew out the water at the Performances and features that a 200 dollar camera takes to perform with half the features . I'm about 35 feet away from my WiFi Router running around 60-65% signal “via the Momentum app “ and it’s still kicking like chicken and still giving me my notifications sent to my phone on both android and iPhone phones but my only request is that I share my house with roommates and we all share the same WiFi and I would LOVE for Momentum developers to update the software to where I get a notification each time that my camera was disconnected from the WiFi that’s the only loop hole that I would Love to have fixed in the security I’m sure someone out there reading this understands where I’m coming from. If only I can get the developers to read this and reply that be nice. So if anyone’s reading this I hope this helps you make your decision before making the purchase I’m happy with my purchase.

    It worked great for a month. Now it’s not doing the motion part anymore will not display any video on audio or motion video it won’t tell me motion anymore either or video on it. I will return to store. Other then that it’s ok.

    I wanted something to view as well as control the GDO. This works as expected, but the app has some weird sync/time needs with my iPhone. One feature I would like to see added is to show if the door is “open” or “closed”, along with an alert if left open longer than “x” time.

    The settings on the camera seem not to hold. Once set for sound, motion and quality I exit and go back and the settings have changed to whatever they want to. My major problem is that I'm unable to play back SD card recorded video and photos. When video is selected, it goes to the view mode and the button on the top left says "recorded" and turns blue but no video or audio plays back. Nov. 2017. Can record video because file shows up on the activity screen but still get no video on playback. Aug. 2018. FINALLY it works as it should. Captures and plays back video and photos from the installed SD card. I’m changing my rating! Thanks. March 2019. With the latest update I’m not able to delete videos on the installed SD card.

    I have had the Corgi cameras for a few months now and seemed to work fine in the beginning. Now the app stops recording at 4:56 Pm every night!! I have to restart it and even then it still doesn’t even record motions all night long. I have a Roommate coming in and out so I needed this for security of my own place. This app is a JOKE! The live feed freezes after watching for more than a few seconds. I’ve also noticed that the saved recordings are happening at every certain hour for example, 12:16, 1:16, 2:16...etc. and when I play back the 10 sec clip the video just freezes and didn’t even record anything! Oh and I even forgot to mention That I’ve been paying the frikin $5/mo for almost 6 mos now to subscribe and be able to view 7 days of saved video!! RIDICULOUS!!! Fix your Sh!t Momentum! I will be returning this camera to Walmart tomorrow! BUYERS BEWARE! Spend a little more money and get a way better camera and app with FREE cloud storage!! I see I’m not the only one with multiple problems with your app and service!

    Open the app to view one of the cameras and it might let you view one or it might crash. If you were lucky to view one and try to view another camera it will freeze up and just spin. Absolute waste of money. Not a connection issue as all the cameras show a great connection but the app is poorly designed. Reboot the phone to restart the app and same problem. View one and crash. Dump your developers and hire some talent. Looking to replace all 6 cameras and dump this app. The ability to view on a pc would be nice.

    I like the camera, however; I have it set up to notify when there is motion on the cameras and it doesn’t notify me, and one of them keep disconnecting. I think they should record when there is motion. We shouldn’t have to push record.

    Customer service is a joke. The app doesn’t allow me to choose am or pm. I want to have the flood light turn on at 6 pm but it won’t let me go past 2 pm, and the shut off allows up to 11:59 pm, won’t let me turn off during am. For some reason the light turns on at dusk and shuts off at dawn which is what I want but the camera shuts off with it. When I called customer service all they said was to exchange it where I bought it. The only trouble shooting option is to delete the app and reinstall, that didn’t work! Not really sure if it’s the light or the app! When the camera comes on the light is so bright and the camera is great, but you only get a half day of surveillance.

    This is my second camera as the cat knocked the first camera in sink of water, except that my notifications are not yet working, I love this camera, hopefully notification just takes a couple hours to set and start contacting me.

    Brought the home camera. After two weeks, thumbnails pics for recording went away, then the recording stopped and just showed a black screen. Service when they finally get back to you says they will try to fix it in an upcoming update???? You mean what I bought doesn’t work the way they say it does.when you ask when the update will be released they say in 1-2 weeks only to wait and find out the update was for something else???

    Are used to be able to leave my house without having to be connected to the Wi-Fi to watch the camera and now if I disconnect from my Wi-Fi on my phone it goes off-line It won’t return online until I connect to Wi-Fi.

    The app constantly freezes, takes forever to load, and it lags all the time. I wish you guys would fix this problem. The cameras are great quality and connect very easily when trying to set them up. I would recommend these cameras, just wish the app wouldn’t be such a pain.

    I’ve had an Axel camera for 2 years and now i find in the app that i am automatically forced to have the “lite” plan with only 24 hrs of video. All I want is to record to the sd card i’ve already put inside the camera and have access + notifications via internet. I do not want any subscriptions! If they force me to use their cloud or pay for extra cameras, that’s when I’ll look elsewhere for a better solution!!

    I do really like this cameras that I’ve set up to cover the front of my house and the back yard because it’s nice knowing who pulls up to your house and to go be able to even view it when you are not home
