  • Get in?

Here’s the thing, this all sounded great! But my only problem is that I CAN’T EVEN GET IN!!! When it asks me for my phone number to verify my identity, it comes up as “sorry, this doesn’t match any mobile carrier records.” This means that I can’t even get in to the app. I hope this issue gets resolved, but I have been trying for around 5 months, and there has been no success.

  • Not a user friendly product & even less customer support

Bought a 5 device license & had issues with two of the devices. Restored them both to manufacturer settings (one Samsung, one Apple). Now, I’m told there is no available “seat” for me to RESTORE the product on these devices. Beyond confused & seemingly no online support to be found. At initial installation of product (1-PC, 3-Apple & 1-Samsung), all seemed fine. Now... I’m not even sure why it doesn’t my show my PC as a device. Totally disappointed in Norton.
  • POOF! Twice! Saved Login Passwords and Usernames Disappeared!

The app concept sounded great! Thought But twice, TWICE! My very complicated Norton generated saved passwords and usernames to my BANK! And CREDIT CARD accounts! VANISHED!!! On both my IOS mobile app and Windows App - PC. Wha’ th’? Two case numbers now are worth zero!!! Can’t get anyone on the phone. Chat? Yes. One night out with friends - Can’t access my bank account. I’m freaking out too! All my Saved User ID’s, gone!!! Worse, my Norton Generated passwords (very long and complicated) are provided to protect against hackers or whatever, but guess what??? PW’s, POOF! Gone too! Couldn’t transfer money. Finally, I had a chance to be graced by Norton’s presence - errr, online chat- yep, they passed and “escalated” my case to another security tier. Let’s see, that wasFriday. Bank login info vanishes, then online chat support graciously offered too have their people call me Monday. WHAT TH’??? Monday! My bank and cards are risk and that’s the best and soonest time? By this time, I had been on hold on the phone for 45 mins, then online chat took forever. Said they’d call me Monday between 10AM and 12PM. They called me 6 PM and! From an UNKNOWN number. Dude!!!

I try to get past the phone number verification with my real name and phone number on file with my wireless carrier. However it says it’s wrong. I only have one name and one number. I can’t make it up!! Now my account is locked. Great! Thanks a lot Norton. I’m deleting this app, my Norton products on my phone and PC. The development of these apps are so poor these days.
  • No longer able to access app

Unable to access the norton privacy app. App was working fine until after the app update which keep’s coming up with this notice: “Responsible Anonymity You’ve made too many attempts to verify your mobile phone number and your account is temporarily blocked. Please try again later. Error occured while processing your request. Error id: ee5b98c5-12ee-4f1f-95b2-6006487b8209” All information is accurate and entered correctly, yet the app keeps rejecting it. Request assistance accessing the app; otherwise, will have to cancel the app service. No point paying for the app service if the app keeps rejecting the information to start the app. Also, not able to sign in from the app for app support. Thank you.
  • A disservice to your privacy

Just tried to access my mail and it is requiring phone confirmation to view my emails... matching my phone providers records. There is no reason Norton should be collecting this type of data. Even when I enter my information, it gives error and won’t let me access any of my important email accounts. Disgusting. I’ve been a Norton customer for years but not any longer.

I like the Sudo identity concept and the compartmentalization so that I can keep work, social, and online separate. I’ve fully migrated to this app and now don’t use my real cell number for anything!

Went into unlock app. I entered the correct password. I went online with Norton, they do not have a clue or a fix on what happened. This happened on 5/21/19 after I updated the app from the app store after Apple’s latest IOS update. I’ll wait for a fix and if not, delete the app.
  • Very useful to have an alternate use and throw email address

I like to use this app and it’s email address for myriad of places where I don’t like to give my primary email from hotel bookings to car sales search. Serves the purpose for me

I like how I can create a new email with each Sudo. It helps me organize my information and I can use it for different things on the internet when I am browsing.
  • Wow, finally a decent manager app!

Just downloaded your app. First thing “no landscape for IOS”. Please add this feature for your IOS customers. Dislike having to disconnect keyboard to use on ipad/iphone. 2/02/19 STILL waiting for “Landscape Mode”! Will only do monthly this month, IOS customers do not want to be inconvenienced by no landscape mode! This a “ no brainer” boys & girls.
  • It all goes to spam!

All the emails I send go to the spam folder so the app is useless
