    Terrible wait time! Doesn’t headquarters shop this place? Drive thru wait averages 10 minutes. Hispanic asst mgr named Misty or Missy is rude, unprofessional, and has a temper. Go somewhere else!!!

    I’m am over this place. I have been for sometime due to never being able to reach someone. If you leave a message they are rarely returned. When they wasted enough of my time I canceled my membership I asked when they would stop charging. I was told the were going to charge one more month and that would be it. Nope, they charged 2 more months. I was told I hadn’t completed 12 months. I asked the point of completing the cancellation paperwork. Apparently, it was to stop charging me after the 1 year. I’m not sure why I was told something that was completely inaccurate, but that is the theme of this location. I was reassured that I had 2.5 sessions available. Since I didn’t want to keep wasting my time calling I tried to book using the app, but for 4-6 weeks I haven’t been able to locate any available times for a facial. I finally had time on Monday to call a few different times. The 3rd time I called someone answered. I explained I was trying to book a facial, but nothing has been available for weeks. I explained I wanted to use my 2.5 credit. She looked up my account and told me I actually had 4.5 credits...but they expired Friday. I ended up speaking with another representative that advised me I had 2.5 credits and the did expired Friday. ( how did my credits change in less than 45 minutes?) I went through my story of difficulty reaching someone, inaccurate information, and lack of communication. She proceeded to tell me how they are short staffed, have new phone people, they get busy and they can’t undo expired credits. She said the manager can pull call logs to see who is calling and when. Good! This is nothing but theft. I paid for these this year, now I can’t use them. I don’t expect anything from ME, I just want to warn others to avoid them, they will tell you any story they want, will take your money and then blame you.

    Had a great experience today with our server Brenda Lewis. Very friendly and attentive. We had the fried chicken and carved turkey. The food was hot and fast. She is a super waitress. We will be back

    I has been and I ate here twice. The first time was so so but not great. Because we grew so close we decided to try again tonight... The beef he had a weird flavor but could not figure out what it was. We mentioned to server & he said its the seasonings. I want everything they left the restaurant and paste it has been started getting very sick. He has a stomach like a rock and started puking. Wednesday I have a severe stomach pain’s. He called the restaurant to talk to a manager and they just put us on hold never came back. After serval times. Stop trying to get through. Prices are high & we get sick of a $47 meal. we will never return and I recommend you don’t either.

    Pam is always thinking with you, working very hard and available or returning calls promptly. She is also good at taking care of the details and present and following up, if needed at inspections etc. I highly recommend Pam to all my friends and acquaintances for real estate transactions. She is also very ethical, which makes her truly a great choice for a realtor, if you need one.

    So I’m looking for a Santa Fe and do the inevitable and put my phone number to this (and others) dealership. I get a call on Fathers Day from a salesperson from the dealership who has what I’m looking for, and provides a price of $33120.00. It’s a 2019 model, so of course it’s new. I tell the guy I’ll be down tomorrow, and take the cruise from Denver. He takes me to the vehicle, which now I’m told it’s the GMs car. Has 3600 miles and the front has paint chips and bugs. Yikes. I take it for the drive, and now we talk numbers. They low ball my trade, of course, and upon looking at the paperwork, $2000 is taken off as it’s a demo car now, not new, and the mileage counts against the warranty miles. Where’s the $33120 number, as we are thousands off that number. Bottom line, after waiting, the salesperson says he made a mistake while talking to me on the phone the day before. He’s new here, but sold Mercedes before. Of course, they do not honor their word. So, buyer beware. If it ain’t written down, it ain’t happening. My mistake was going down there. And you know GM, you left this new employee alone to take my wrath, even though I was polite, and you didn’t have the balls to see me directly. Says it all. Maybe others will have a better experience. Remember, they aren’t looking out for your interests, that’s all up to you. Whew!

    The buffet dinner from NOLA Girl was excellent! It was delivered on time and we were given instructions for warming and safely saving any leftovers. The only comment is that there were not enough paper goods delivered with the amount of food ordered , so we quickly ran out. I would not hesitate to order from NOLA Girl again! Melinda

    Tried to use yelp on my phones browser and I couldn’t really read any reviews or view the photos without it forcing me to download the app. Complete loss of functionality without the app, so very annoying. If I wanted the app I would’ve downloaded it the first time it linked me too it, not all 10

    My husband and I were excited to finally try our tastebuds on some ‘Cornbread’ selections. We ordered Catfish, collard greens, Mac n cheese, string beans and yams. The catfish AND Mac n cheese were TERRIBLY salty!! The string beans were canned (tastes like Glory beans), collard greens were bland. The yams were ok and the cornbread was great. A $34.10 meal we could’ve made quickly at home and not worried about my hypertension. A huge disappointment. :(

    Such a fan of Estia and while I love the new location in Falmouth the food is awful :( What happened?? Smaller portions, less flavor, no bread with take out orders, veggies not fresh, the ambience cant make up for the food - please put the effort back in, we notice!

    I have eaten in here four times and have had good experience. I have ordered delivery here several times with mixed results. My last two times I’ve ordered from here my orders haven’t been correct. Order delivery at your own peril.

    Delicious food, I had the special of seafood risotto and the chicken soup. Also had the coccole con nutella for dessert and the homemade limoncello that were amazing.Delightful service too!

    I think a great idea for a tool within the app would be something that evaluates or shows how environmentally sustainable and conscious a business is. It could have information regarding take out container/utensil sustainability, or information regarding the sources of their products. Possible idea, Yelp?

    Horse country farm and their helmets literally give 5 kids from a birthday party lice. The place is extremely outdated and the staff is really rude. There are certain guidelines or requirements in order to ride that should be verbally communicated before showing up. I also suggest they clean their helmets out so they don’t continue to spread lice to people!! We have four kids just imagine what it’s going to cost us to disinfect their heads and their beds and our house.... I will make sure I let everyone know not to go to this place!

    Lucky Feet has a big selection of comfortable shoes and great styles. Haley was a tremendous help in suggesting the right shoes to fit my feet. I was fitted with inserts that helped ease the pain in my feet. I highly recommend this shoe store located in La Quinta.

    Yelp is such a great app for people telling what-to & what not to expect at any business, restaurant, retail store, etc. The app seems to be more integrated than before seamlessly transferring you from a spot on a map, to a description of the place complete with real-customers experience. Definitely 5🌟‼️

    I don’t care how good the app is, forcing you to switch to the app from Safari in order to read the rest of a review/look at the rest of the images in a gallery is a terrible policy. It distrupts searching when trying to look at reviews from multiple sources, and even worse when I do click “Open in App” it just takes me to the App Store rather than opening the page in the Yelp app for me, despite it already installed on my phone. That means I have to manually look the restaurant up again on the yelp app, read the reviews, then switch back to Safari where I wanted to continue my search. I’ll be sticking to Google reviews in the future where I can.

    I was so impressed by the owners of Skippack Pharmacy; I attended their Reopening. I usually have my 2 monthly scrips filled at Walmart, I will be transferring to Skippack Pharmacy. It is so important that all of us in each of our communities support our local private store owners!

    We hadn’t been to Tablas in quite some time. What a disappointment. We sat outside on the patio. Not only was the floor absolutely filthy, the outdoor furniture & tables were falling apart. The place looked like a dump. It’s really too bad, at one time it was a good place to go. The food is just OK. I ordered a shrimp & crab salad. There was not one piece of crab in the entire salad. This place won’t be in business for long if they don’t do some shaping up.bb

    First time visiting this establishment. Had an omelet with hashbrowns as a side. Omelet was tasty but a bit on the dry side ..Perhaps a cheese other than Swiss would have made it a bit more moist The hashbrowns, on the other hand were not edible ... they were greasy and oily, so much so that it was as if I were eating a stick of butter. Needless to say after a couple of bites I will never order tem again. The coffee was good and hot. The personel were friendly.

    Always great food and awesome service. Love coming here with a large or small group. Lunch time gets crowded but if you go early, you usually don’t have to wait to get seated.

    I went here because they’ve been around a while. After I had made the appointment a buddy told me he didn’t do any business with them any longer due to poor service. I went ahead and had them level my 2018 Chevy and install a Backflip bed cover. The level was fine but the backflip sticks up on the passenger side rear corner. It leaks (I know they’re not water tight) but it definitely should be flush. I stopped by to show them the issue and the corner of the cover would periodically not latch and would have to be forced closed unless you open the tailgate and repeat the process. Brian said that’s normal. So, if you go here be prepared to not have work done to normal standards. I’ll take my truck elsewhere next time.
