    Data doesn’t seem to reside in your phone. The program want’s me to register n put a user name and password although I am the sole user of this phone. I needed a program that launched solely in my phone and that my data doesn’t go to the cloud. DON’T BUY if you care for your personal data.

    My company recently switched to a more "organized" scheduling system. So, I said oh how convenient, an app! Paid $3 logged in one time, it updated and I forgot my password and the option to send reset password link does not work. So I am unable to check my schedule and I'm out $3. Thanks for nothing.

    token and password issues EVERY update. plus the location is always messed up (you should make it with option to set location) so we can set a location for calendar sync. {and speaking of sync every time app is foreground it resyncs pushing calendar entries} Edit{} well now I'm not getting my calendar spammed but my password again occasionally doesn't verify at all through app unless i re download it fresh. This isnt a typing issue I'm using a saved password entry. This compounded an issue where this past Saturday a scheduled shift did not sync to my calendar at all. The email notification had it and online website had it but the calendar sync omitted Saturday but not Friday not Sunday. Look I paid for this app like everyone else but it LACKS the Website’s BASIC pickup shift features, but its ability to sync was its saving grace but you guys have now made it to where i cannot trust that it has synced. Further to complicate things was i was unable to login to the app to even verify the error. How the heck does one data point get omitted.

    Completely user UNFRIENDLY and badly designed, you almost need a manual to understand why the simplest functions won’t work....just a terrible this app! Oh wait and it’s an app you pay for!

    To any company using this app stop. Home Base is much better. Constant crashing, laggy and poorly designed UI. This app should be free to anyone thinking of buying this app just sign in the browser and save your money

    I hate the mobile and desktop updates where you no longer are able to “view entire schedule” on a one-page grid. I have been using hotschedules since 2015 and this update happened some time within the last year. Not practical for the user to click into each shift to see who is working on each shift instead of overseeing the week on one grid. Need to allow the option to see entire schedule again without clicking into 14 separate shifts to see a 7-day schedule.

    This app is incredibly slow and clearly has bugs in it constantly. I’ve never written a review in my life, but this app is honestly so irritating and not worth buying. You’re better off just going to the hot schedules website. I have no idea how this app has a good rating on here.

    The app is trash. Takes FOREVER to load. Always logs me out (not getting up to date notifications). Needs to be updated like twice a month... why? It’s a schedule app it’s not rocket science.

    Half the time I try and use this app, there’s always some error. But when it decides to actually work, it takes forever to load. All these updates keeps saying “fix bug issues” and all it does is make it worst.

    Recently I started having problems with HotSchedules. When I log in my schedule comes up. However when I try to leave my schedule and go to the dashboard or any portion of the app it sits there and after about a minute a red banner saying there is no network connection pops up, yet here I am able to leave this review. Please fix the people’s.

    On the recent update for the app it doesn’t show out times at all, so I have to use the website online to find it. There’s no point in PAYING for an app you can’t use. Needs to be updated ASAP.

    For an app that cost money the features are stingy. This app has less ease of use than accessing the website and most of the useful features I would like it to have are not included on the app. I am still find myself having to go to the website anyway. No real benefit. Don’t waste your money. I’m sorry I did.

    I’ve had multiple jobs– which means I’ve had the opportunity to try other apps to figure out my schedule. I had to PAY for this one and it’s by far the WORST one. Homebase is FREE and way more efficient. This app always logs me out, the entire layout just looks half-assed, and as of right now it’s not even letting me log into my account. If you are an employer considering on using this for your employees, forget about it. Homebase is so much better and on top of that it’ll save the times you clock in & clock out at work too! You could also message your coworkers through the app in a normal fashion, not like some kind of announcement board. Homebase even shows you the amount of hours in total hours you’ve worked, which day you started, etc. I’d stop using this app if I could but I have to because of my job.

    I’ve used hot schedules with my company for the last 4 years. The first few years were great. No issues and no confusion. The last several updates have created so many issues. More often than not, dropped shifts don’t show, auto pickup/drop doesn’t work and the way you now have to input your availability is just silly. Please fix the kinks. If the released shifts could always show up and never disappear (unless pickup and approves) it would definitely go up in stars and I’d have more faith. There have also been times where my schedule was completely different than what was in my manager’s hot schedule.

    Half the time I can’t even connect to the app. The most bizarre thing is that the app will forget the password for my account, and say my login information is incorrect. I’ve had to change my password multiple times just to log in. Very poor app. Wish my worked used something different.

    I log in with my password in the first scree . Fine, the. The my pass comes up and I do it again and it tells me my info is wrong.. it doest this all the time! Every one at work has this problem and out schedules change so often and because we cant log in, it causes major schedule problems!!!

    I like this app, it makes it easy to know when I work and where I'm scheduled to work. My only complaint is that when I go to view someone else's shift (to either swap or pick it up), it says what time their shift starts, but it doesn't say what time it ends! If I want to know a person's full shift time I have to go to the website, and that kind of ruins the point of having the app--I got it so I wouldn't have to go onto my laptop all the time. The app was supposed to make it easier and more convenient for me!!

    As a user why can i not login to see my schedule? Oh, right, because hotschedules did yet ANOTHER nonsense update, and without downloading the update you cant login. What is so critically important that this app has to be updated twice a month or more? It’s like mission impossible, only “your schedule, if you choose to accept it, is...(every normal day)... this schedule will self destruct in 10 days (when we update the app for no apparent reason) ...” What could possibly be so critically important and secure about my stupid work schedule that it needs to update so often???? Thus losing my login data each time, thus making me download a new version (needing wifi) and requiring me re-verify my identity and password each time I use it? It’s annoying. It’s just giving me access to my dumb work schedule and not anything important like my bank account or a government secret agency mission impossible whatever geez

    i hate that staying permanently logged in is not an option. i missed a shift pick up because my calendar did not update (great feature btw). also the requests for time off is not very effective for day to day scheduling. i tried the free hot schedules; which was such a bummer that i am not sure why they make you jump through the hoop of downloading the free app when it is so worthless that you are no doubt going to wind up with this version. i also wish that i could change my name on my profile.

    I don’t understand why it won’t let me log in if there’s an update, feel like in the maybe 8-9 months I’ve had the app I’ve had to update it like 10 times. If there is an update it should still allow me to log in that way I can see my schedule as WiFi is not everywhere at all times and data isn’t free.

    The app serves its purpose quiet well but the reason it has earned such a review is the lack of management nearly every week for as long as I can remember there has been at least one update of this app which requires you to re log in which in all honestly may be a small hiccup maybe 1 minute of time but it does get quiet tiring as time goes on I’ve used this app where I worked for four and a half years now and it gets the job done but it’s the only app on my home screen that requires so much routine maintenance which is especially confusing since the only real major change that’s happened in the time I’ve used it was a primary color change from green to blue So let your product work and instead of doing a million small updates how about you compile the bug fix’s and role um out all in one update at the start or end of every month KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YALL!!!

    My company switched to this app recently. For 3 bucks, just use the web version. Always logs me out, when you log back in I can’t change my store location unless I re-download the app. Such a bother.

    This is the only app that I have ever purchased and it is the only one that bugs out all of the time. It lags, logs me out, and does not allow me to log in when I use my correct login information.

    I have to enter my username and password twice. iPhones have FaceID and it’s been out awhile, fyi. Have to enter username/password what seems like every other day. Don’t even get me started with the website. It used to be great, but now it’s frustrating to use.
