    There are so many things to buy for an amazing price! I buy high quality gifts for birthdays and they are just perfect. Shipping doesn’t take long (without amazon prime) to my area, only a couple of days (I live in the Seattle area) and thats really great. Its really easy to browse and filter items that I need, and its organized pretty well. This is probably my favorite place to buy items online!

    My last review dealt with the new navigation features. Instead of scrolling down, we now have NEXT buttons - but there’s no way to go back to a specific page if you want to revisit something you’ve seen previously. Awful navigation. Well now they’ve jacked up the top navigation where you don’t see the number of results. You have no way of knowing how many results there are. Another issue - sorting and filter is jacked up. The whole app is non intuitive and NOT user friendly. Spend some of those billions and hire a real digital development team!!

    I ordered a screen cover. The main photo says 2 screen covers. I guess in the very long description it says one. Well I contacted amazon to tell them, they didn’t care. This is why eBay is dying. Inaccurate photos an descriptions is wrong. I used to trust amazon to protect the buyers

    Terrible customer service. I attempted to fix some delivery instructions on a pending package. Since it was delivered using USPS, amazon could not update the instructions nor could they take my info to call the carrier for me (since USPS was closed when I called) terrible customer service and very inconvenient to make me place yet another call tomorrow. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

    I want granular, persistent preferences in the app - and across all platforms. For example, I want to block all marketplace sellers, or at least set search preferences for Amazon only results. I want US sellers (ie, local to me). I don’t want to fiddle with filters every.single.time I search. And I want to permanently disable unwanted communication from marketplace sellers I’ve transacted with in the past - often unintentionally - due to lack of in-app filters and preferences that would make search results better. At this very moment, I’m waiting for bicycle inner tubes to arrive from Europe with a two week delivery window. Of course I had no idea I was buying from an EU seller, because there’s a limit to what you might notice in-app on a small screen. I’ve been fooled one too many times. So it’s time to uninstall and avoid dealing with unwanted sellers altogether.

    Typically I have no issues with this app. They get me to spend/waste money... Recently though they changed up the filter options. You filter one item and the menu closes automatically to make the changes. But if you want to setup multiple filters (ie new, specific brands, colors and delivery dates) you have to keep reopening the filter option. Please take this function back to the old version please!

    I have not been able to get to Amazon with my iPad using the app in 2 weeks. I have cleared cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And finally this morning reset my iPad. Still no luck. I tried pasting a photo to show the message I get - cannot put a photo in this post. The screen shows “Still loading.... until a window comes up saying ‘Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on fixing it. (CS3)’ with a ‘Go to Amazon home’ button.” I get this message no matter what menu option I select.

    I like this app it’s somewhat easy to navigate thru, trying to order certain products on payment plans are a little difficult to find sometimes. Movie downloads are good quality and they don’t take very long to download or stream! Overall it has some problems but it’s got more positive things then the negative!

    To narrow down a search for an item, there are fewer choices given, than 2 months ago. The menu to choose is also more tedious. I was hoping that this sort feature might be fixed-When narrowing down to a population of, for example, 800, the previous version, if sorted by price, the population would not be 800, but somewhere closer to 40 or so. So, to find something in your price range, I’d have to flip through the 800.

    Using the latest version of the Amazon shopping app. A month ago, I was able to see Kindle prices next to the book in a search, or at very least on its product page. Now, ALL Kindle prices are hidden on the iPhone app. Why? Amazon blames it on Apple, which actually isn’t surprising. If that’s the case, Apple really needs to learn to play nicer with third parties. Really not cool to restrict MY device this way when it’s absolutely possible to show prices in a dangole app and not doing so is obviously to discourage Kindle purchases! If it’s on Amazon, shame on you for... trying to trick your customers? What are you getting at?!

    This app still acts like it did 5 years ago. Very few improvements over the years. Just incremental, although some for the worse (lists). It is still easier to use desktop site. Way too many buttons on a product page. Doesn’t save my payment options. NO DARK MODE! I get blinded anytime I open it up now. Filtering is too complicated. Still doesn’t go to list of lists when I say all lists. Just goes to my default one. No global list search, just individual. Save and compare doesn’t always work how it should. Searching reviews is buggy. No way to reset list value when added. It is very time consuming just to find total cost, including shipping, of previous orders. All deals only sometimes shows up. Problem when Black Friday season. If I have music playing it pauses it to play it’s own auto videos ...I’m sure there is more but that’s enough for now

    App constantly turns on search history. i turn off. CAMERA feature takes you to Amazon wardrobe. Everything on app drives you to Amazon products. Not transparent at all. Reviews can’t be sorted by ratings. Bad reviews on Amazon products aren’t allowed! You have to be nice to them

    Got screwed when I wasn’t looking date 1/ 2020 thought I got a really good deal ordered swerve a sweetener it was when I ordered it 14.99 for 3 /12 oz bags when I received it I only received 2 bags which would have made it full price for both bags witch I could have got in the grocery store the deceit was I know what I ordered and when I went into my recipes it was also changed there to 2 bags instead of 3 so I went on app again to find the 3 bags and now it was 20.dollars and some change for the three now when I spoke to customer service they said nothing they could do only if I could prove it was that 3/ for 14.00 so for now on I will take pictures of my orders now cause I know what I ordered but couldn’t prove it !,,,,🤬

    All the Chinese sellers scammer never shop it out lying about it being delivered or delivering to wrong account and low prices for things and delete the time and remake a fake account again and this app need a PHOTO BUTTON for SCREENSHOTS, a lot of these amazon people don’t help customers they lie and argumentive and don’t care only about getting paid and they close chats over and over when not done with the conversation .

    I don’t have any issues with the app, but it does feel a bit “heavy” at times so maybe the backend could use some work. Also knocking off a star because it’s 2020 and there STILL isn’t dark mode available. Amazon has the resources and developers to pull this off pretty easily and the fact they haven’t is just laziness.

    Im so frustrated at this point with Amazon...I place two orders. Was charged for both. OKAY cool. So I’m thinking my orders are about o be shipped and everything NOPE. I got a notification saying my card declined and “payment revision”.... first off huh? Amazon already TOOK my money out of my account. So where did it go ?? Then I talked to customer service to the same “person” probably a bunch of people with the same name “Hope Jane” and gave me the run around and saying I’d get my money in 3-5 days. NO.... I would like my money now because it’s my money and then had just told me contact your card. Why though ? And THEN after this conversation I got more notifications hours later saying my card was declined TWICE so why are you guys still trying to charge me?? Stop taking peoples money and We don’t get anything! I’m sure I’m sure I’m not the first...

    Overall my wife and I each enjoy the Amazon app, but find it ridiculous that you can’t print a return label from the app. Instead we have to open a mobile browser and go to the label via the Amazon site to print. Please bring this simple feature.

    Let me select more than one filter at a time! It’s so frustrating to pick only one filter at a time and constantly going back and forth with the filters. Let me pick more than once, I know what I’m doing, ok? Also, now it appears I’m not getting a count on the number of search results. Why? Does my search result in 10 or 10,000? Let me know! I buy a lot on Amazon, don’t make me go elsewhere because that’s what I’m doing with this latest version.

    It seems like our family buys from Amazon daily, but the app has made shopping more and more clumsy over time. I’ve started to buy some things from other apps just because the shopping experience has gotten so bad. My primary complaint is around filters. I filter my searches 100% of the time, often on several factors. The back and forth between screens each time I add a filter condition is an unnecessary and uncomfortable experience, and something I now have to put up with constantly. I also find the inability to save search and filter results to be a huge missed opportunity.

    It’s a good app to use. We always have about 3-4 things in our cart. But they must have done an update recently and now I can no longer get to my wish lists. I can go to that page and it loads the first one but I can no longer reach the top of the panel to click on see more lists. It is covered by the search bar. It’s a pain so I took a star away.
