    I like the app - everything is great. The only thing that has a bug is when a points offer to redeem is featured on the front page. When you press start it does nothing. And I’ve missed out on over 100 points because the start button doesn’t do anything.

    Every time I have gone into Starbucks during the pandemic there’s a new or different rule than the time before. I have to stop at the table in the front next time I can walk to the back, then someone without gloves on hands me my mobile order but the next time it’s back upfront for me to grab then today don’t touch your order when it is sitting on the counter. There are no signs explaining the rules of todays visit. If I don’t follow what I think is the correct procedure some employee condescendingly corrects me. I do not need to be spoken to like a 5 year old. I totally appreciate wanting to keep everyone safe but your employees need to learn to treat customers with respect and compassion during a stressful time for everyone. And maybe stick to one set of safety procedure so customers understand and do not have to talk to your rude employees.

    I love my Starbucks app and the convenience it provides, especially since I’m a big believer in mobile ordering . . . I simply wish it was faster! It seems everything takes a bit to load, even with the fastest mobile connections. Please improve. Overall a fan!

    I would like to be able to order cups of ice water through the app and put notes on drinks. For example, I love the Mocha Cookie Crumble, but I only like the whipped cream at the top, not the bottom. I have no way of noting that through the app.

    Love the Starbucks app when you want Coffee you you just tell what you want and you can get your coffee in minutes and you don’t have to wait in line to get it you go to your favorite store and pick it up right there and then.

    You know what I’m talking about here. Make ordering options more flexible so people can order their drinks through the app! If it can be ordered a certain way at the store, it should be available to order that way through the app!

    Using the app really helps me explore their options more and create my own! Plus it also helps with my social anxiety when I feel the rush of having to order quick simply because there are often, quite a few people lined up behind me.

    I love being able to do the mobile order. There is one thing I don’t like about the app. Every time I want to make a custom drink I can’t because it dose not offer all the add-ons Starbucks offers. I don’t always have the time to wait in line to order so I would really appreciate that being fixed thank you.

    My biggest complaint with this app, is a basic common sense issue! If you have a BOGO day (2-7) and I'm ordering 2 drinks why on earth should I have to select an apply button, that seems sketchy like you are hoping you don't have to do the BOGO... why offer it if you want to trick people🤷🏻‍♀️I have missed it twice because you have to scroll down to see it, quite the bummer when you are thinking you are getting a treat and you can't back track or delete it when you realize it 🥺👎🏼 Sad because I do enjoy this app

    I like the app and the rewards bonus that are featured too. It makes ordering easier but some issues I have with the app include stores disabling the order ahead feature before they close and the happy hour deal. I don’t understand why the happy hour deal never works but I get emails telling me to check it out and order ahead and whenever I try to do exactly that it just says “oh no, we can’t apply the coupon” or whatever and it’s the most annoying thing. I know this has been an issue for a long time so it makes me wonder if it’ll ever be fixed.

    The Starbucks app was the first App I installed it allowed me to pay for food and beverages through my phone. Besides being the first it was also my favorite and is still my favorite as it out does all the other restaurant ordering apps that I use.

    7/7/20 - decided to check if SB added back the option for Ristretto shots. NOPE! I guess SB really doesn’t care about their customers. It’s really upsetting after I’ve been a customer for so long that SB won’t fix this option on the app. NOT AN IDEA. ITS ALWAYS BEEN AN OPTION. GIVE IT BACK. —————- 6/10/20 ... I give up - negative stars for you. Starbucks refuses to fix shot type option for the Starbucks Doubleshot on Ice that has been around FOREVER! I spend way too much money at Starbucks and now that I can’t mobile order my drink as I’ve done in the past is just stupid. I’m going to miss the employees at the store I go too. They are super nice but it’s not worth it anymore. Bye Bye SB. ————— 5/24/20 ... update to below ... they still haven’t died this issue. If I could give Starbucks 0 stars I would. They’ve updated the app three times in the past month and can’t fix this drink so I can mobile order. Big fail Starbucks, BIG FAIL! ————— Whatever update you did over a month ago somehow removed the Shot option (long or ristretto) for the Starbucks Doubleshot on Ice. I place daily mobile orders and no longer can do that because this option has been removed. I’ve messaged Customer Service to just get answers like “well we make changes” or “why don’t you post that as an idea”. IT’S NOT AN IDEA. It’s an option that’s always been available for all espresso beverages and now it’s gone for this one drink. It’s a pain to have to order at the window or place my mobile order at the window and ask can you please have them pull ristretto since I can’t order my drink on the app that way any more. PLEASE ADD IT BACK! If I could give this app 0 stars right now I would since I can’t it gets 1 from me. You even did an update last night but didn’t fix this issue even though I’ve been messaging with customer service since last week. Be fail Starbucks.

    I order my coffee every morning at “Ithaca on the commons” . It’s ready when I walk up to to barista to go with a big, “hello how’re doing Joel” and I love my pikes peak hot with half & half on the side . Everything great to start my day. Thanks! Joel

    3 times the past month I have ordered through the phone app and when I go to pick up my order, the store is closed. I do understand that it is due to COVID-19, BUT WHY TAKE MY ORDER AND MONEY WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED???? Then I go to my phone app and there is NO PLACE to select that you have not received your order, or any place to get my refund. During my last visit, when the store was closed, there were 2 others that ordered and and their money taken as well! I wonder how much money you taken STARBUCKS 👎

    I would give it zero stars if I could. I tried to add a giftcard for a friend to order online since she didn’t have the app. It took us 20 minutes to figure out how to get the card on because it forces you to create an account just to use a giftcard. After finally loading the card it would not let me load it without putting my debit card in. So I did, then it decided to pull $25 from my account and gave no option to undo it, or notification of what it was doing. It was completely unclear on the fact that it was going to do so. The app is difficult to navigate and is basically a money trap. I tried to take her giftcard off so it didn’t accidentally get used and it ended up just transferring it to a different card on the app and taking the money off of her card. Don’t waste your time. It will steal your money. Edit: now I’m trying to change my email and password and there’s no option to. When I looked it up there’s only something saying to click on “my account” then “settings”. Neither of those are available options. So now I’m stuck with my friends account on my phone because she mistyped her email address and she can’t change it or log in. You would think for being from such a big company they would have an app that actually works.
