Love this app I had it for years, always been trustworthy and safe for my passwords, please keep up the good work It can’t help but get better ! Thank you for ease of mind!
  • Worth the price, even if it were a stand alone

    By GuijackB
If, like me, you have more passwords than memory alone can handle, this is for you. As part of the whole Norton Security package, the value is even better.
  • Love the apps... So far it doesn’t let me down

    By Davidko
Love the way it sync between laptop and my iPhones. Easy to use with easy touch of a finger.
  • Needs getting used to

    By Barbs Peeps
Takes some getting used to the many constant alerts on phone to unlock vault

I have been a customer for over five years. Norton is a great trusted product.
  • Good but font too small

    By TinyPrint
It seems to work well but the font is very small and the contrast of color makes it difficult to read.
  • Difficult

    By Keníto
Too hard to make corrections. I thought it would remember all my Passwords for me. I remember all my Passwords but sometimes they inadvertently get changed, then I can’t use one I’ve used before. Then it becomes 1 Upper Case, 1 Lower Case, 1 Number, 1 Special Character, etc. It becomes difficult! I thought Symantec/Norton would’ve solved all of that. The good part is that Norton warns me of Risky Sites. :(. :)
  • Beyond frustrated

    By bmiller1941
I’ve been using and loving pw manager for years. 4 nights ago the app on my iPad started acting up: messages saying ‘wrong address or password’, some addresses would not allow sign in at all, some would not fill log in info, and more random issues. Support kept telling me they’d call back, escalate to 2nd level (much later was told there is no 2nd tier support for iPad app), and they never kept their word. During this time my windows pc PW manager began acting up and doing same thing. It’s been 4 days wi no resolution. What’s more is that even when I turn off PW manager, I can not gain access to many Account’s. Very very disappointed and beyond frustrated wi hours and hours spent and no real help.
  • Worthless

Password managers are supposed to make web browsing easy and secure by automatically saving first-time login credentials, and then automatically entering login information on future visits. What Apple devices don’t use Face ID use Touch ID, yet before I can use this app to enter a website password, I have to first enter the app’s username and password before it’ll finally function. It doesn’t tap into Face ID until after I’ve entered the Norton credentials, apparently to double check that I’m me. Useless. Then, the app is supposed to process a request to authorize opening the Norton password manager browser extension by sending an approval request to the phone. You tap approve and the browser says it didn’t receive a response, requiring manual credential entering to use it. Useless. The app doesn’t save credentials automatically. Useless. Given that Norton”s entire being is based on their supposed extensive experience in all things computerized, I expect a top of the line, fully functional app. This is more like first generation beta.
  • It feels secure

    By Sunn19m
I like it. A lot of times the login information doesn’t work when I go to the websites from this app. So I don’t know... other than that, I like it
  • Useless

    By Brs8v
Every time I tap approve I have to sign in again. Easier to type the password on a computer. How can I disable mobile unlock.
  • Good but synchronization is weak

    By publickimagelttd
Great concept, and works...usually. How to connect my Firefox logs that's crazy difficult despite seem no it easy. I spend time on the app. Which is not its goal
  • Awesome!

    By PaPa Jayn
Great app - simple and reliable - been using it exclusively for years now.
  • Utter Nuisance near Viral!

    By iDevsters
Pops up to authenticate the vault every 5 minutes... whoever tested this before releasing...
  • Password does not work

    By V-OSF
The app does not recognize the four digit password I set up. It pisses me off to no end! Kinda makes the app useless.
  • Wish——

    By overssss
Wish it worked as well as it does on my desktop. I hate to repeatedly copy and paste making app almost used.
  • Great app

    Very helpful for my safety
  • Not Useful

    By qwecvghj
Too slow and clumsy to be useful.
  • Great app

    By Pvfish
It has really improved since it now works on my iPhone. There are some websites that show the icon on the user and password line but will not auto fill. I also use the iPhone to approve opening my vault on my PC rather than remembering the vault password. The only complaint is that it sends a request every time I boot the PC up and everytime I open a browser. It get to be a little aggravating. The app is really worthwhile.
  • The Greatest

    By Tout la monde
I’ve tried ‘em all. None can compare with the sheer security and convenience. Plus, a common Norton account with other great products from Norton.
  • So much trouble

    By byhktefho
Every time I change from one page to another I have to re enter my user name & my password for norton before it will automatically log me in . Not worth the time Well it is pretty self explanatory on my iPad I can be signed in to norton password manager but every time I go to change to a different secured web sight I have to log back into norton all over again it’s kinda like what’s the use of having auto login if you have to log ineverytimeyou switch pages.
  • No cloud backup for Mobile

    By Capri2014
Cloud Backup should have never been discontinued.
  • The Best

    By mb194911
Norton is the only company I have used for years without a virus
  • Love this app

    By Team Roper69
This app works flawlessly on my iPhone XR. I just imported it from my laptop and it was done love it. Easy to use and it works great! And if I want I can unlock the vault on my laptop from my cell phone.
  • A good app

    By ybors
Simple and easy to use. I wish i could set the amount of time the app stays “awake” without having to reopen. Sometimes it goes into sleep mode while I am paying a bill on one account before moving to the next account. I then have to reopen the page.
  • Awesome!

    By Layla902
Norton is the best! The Password Manager is a life saver.
  • Not Great

    By disappointed in Norton
This app will continually log me out where I can’t use the Face ID and have to enter user name and password. Also, the type size is very small and can’t be adjusted making it difficult to read.
  • Best Password App Ever.

    By Grandpa Wally
I used this great app on my IPhone 6s for my passwords. I just upgraded to the IPhone Xs and I am using Password Manager on this phone.

    By CallCentersHater
With face recognition and/or PIN and/or Password. I have been using it for +/- 2 years. I had tried many others after 1Password began to charge a fee, then they raised and ended wanting a monthly fee. And finally I found this one with any complains. They improve it from time to time.
  • Going Good

    By Treybyrd03
I think it’s a great app. It is probably one of the best password apps available.
  • Browser Compatibility

    By Mi49002
In general, I like the product and use it across multiple devices, multiple browsers and different OS’s. However, the vault does not always recognize the browser (extension?) and fails to prompt me to save a new set of credentials or automatically log me in to a site with credential already saved to the vault. Additionally, there seems to be a conflict when using Chrome to save passwords and the Norton vault. I also use my personal Norton Password Mgr at work, on a WIN10 desktop. I would like to be able to set up a separate group/folder to work related credentials.
  • Long time Norton Customer

I have used parts since the beginning of the computer range. Password manager has been flawless I could not ask for anything more. A plus rating!

    Great product
  • Norton failed

    By frazzled in 31603
This app is a disappointment to me. It has my passwords and hardly ever helps open an app. Keep this up and Norton will be extinct as a company.
  • Useless

    By Nirmal3
Useless app messed up with all my logins. I need to change all PW again in order to retrieve logins. Wast of time.
  • Great app

  • Good...... but

    By Catchbigfish
I’m using the for a couple of weeks now, and I’m not sure why I am authenticating every web page I open when most do not require logins or password. I understand the sites with login, but not regular browsing.
  • Great App

    By Patric's Music
Full featured and very easy to use
  • Forced Touch ID compromises security

    By Often Disgruntled Consumer
Touch ID access really should not be required. Allow access by password instead.
  • Keeps crashing!

    By FireBug36
I have used Norton Identity Safe (Norton Password Manager) for many years. It used to work great. Now, it crashes more often than it works.
  • Very good app

    By Bing (必赢)
Like it very much. Used it to record important information
  • Thank you for the fix

    By My Grandbaby's Gigi
Latest update allows use of Touch ID (and PIN).
  • Great app, long term use

    By ed753368
I’ve been using Norton’s password manager for years over several different names/apps and I still have access to all of my codes on all my devices. Now you can even add norton as your default password manager on mobile devices and have your phone/tablet do all the work for you.
