    I’ve subscribed to this app for 4 years now and recently i noticed a few of my videos won’t play anymore. I also had a second password that would bring me to a second section on pictures and videos and my password stopped working. I wrote support 6 times and it’s been two months no response. I told a lot of people to get this app and now i wish i didn’t. Support please write me back

    I have had a premium account for years. I renewed my account and paid for the premium features. However, it will not renew nor will it upgrade to premium. My account is on basic user, and I paid for premium. I have email them three times and no response at all. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to resolve it? I want what I paid for NOW!

    I am confused. Why won’t it always allow me to access photos from iPhoto or google photo? I’ll make a new album but it won’t show up or I’ll go to import something from the camera but the import button is grayed out...?

    I purchased this app 2 days ago & now when I’m trying to login it won’t let me. I can’t seem to find any help easily accessible. Apple emailed my recipient but there doesn’t appear to be any way to access customer service. My friend suggested this app but she’s a droid user, perhaps it’s just not that apple friendly?

    I upgraded to premium and after my second my bill cycle I wasn’t a premium member anymore but they still took my money . I sent them 3 emails and called twice they never answered or replied back to me . Disappointed

    For some reason I can’t access my photos in my premium vault. The app is telling me I need to buy premium, but every time I try to buy premium it says my account is already subscribed. Is anyone else having the same problem? If so can you tell me how to fix it?

    Have emailed this dumb service three times now because I have a premium service that is withdrawing from my account every three months and recently it’s saying I must renew. I try to renew and the app says it doesn’t recognize my email. Stupid service. Save your pics to your email and don’t even bother with this thing.

    I just uogrades to the XS Max and am having trouble saving photos from my vault to my phone. Even though I granted photo access permission when I installed Vault, when trying to save a photos I am getting the error message that it does not have permission to access my photos on the phone. When I got to Settings>Privacy>Photos, the Vault is not listed an an app that has been granted permission even though I gave it permission at the in-app prompt. So how do I get my phone/app in sync so that I can save my photos?

    I’ve been using this ad says they three when I downloaded it it was good everything until my phone got wet so I went to premium and uploaded all my photos and videos and then switch my phone when I try to login it won’t let me login saying that my account was not found I try to contact this ad but it gives me a number from mother country I try sending them a email is been the week and I having get an answer for them so I believe that I’ll be losing all my photos and my videos that I have in my previous phone

    Still waiting for a response from developer. It’s been months since my videos suddenly stopped playing. When I try to remove them and send back to my phone I get the error message saying it does not support these types of files. DEVELOPER HAS NOT REACHED OUT OR PROVIDED ANY SOLUTIONS!!!     I’ve been using this app for a long time. I can’t even remember how long. I think my issue started around the newest update. The app crashes every time I use it. Closing it and reopening it doesn’t work and no matter what the app will crash within 30 seconds. PLEASE FIX!!!

    Renewed Premium, paid for it and it still shows basic user and doesn't let me use any premium features. I've tried reinstalling, and can find any email to get help at. Their website just shows a foreign phone number. Will change my review once they fix my problem.

    I have been a Premium user of this app for over 5 years. I had to get a new phone and upon logging into this app on my new phone. It created a whole new account. So now I’m subscribed to an app that I can’t access all of my data on. I’ve made attempts to reach out to them (no phone number) via email on many occasions and have not been able to warrant a response. I want to rate them higher but I can’t until this issue is resolved.

    Like an idiot I paid for the annual subscription to remove ads. The ads have never been removed and I can find no trace of customer support within the app. This is clearly intended to rip you off without actually providing anything for your money. Do not use. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

    Can you make it where it starts at the most recent pictures and not all the way at the oldest photos? That would be much easier to import newer photos without having to scroll all the way down the photos.
