    I have had this app for 2/3 years paid for premium service with cloud backup had to replace my damage phone recently and I tried to retrieve and transfer my photos, it never work I tried emailing Customer service every day for 2 weeks never got a reply from them I have since canceled my subscription

    This past December the charge for this app was taken from me via the Apple App Store. Even though I auto renewed, I lost my premium status and am now a basic member. I have sent several emails to correct the situation, but not one response was received by me. I would like to retrieve my fake vault materials, but it appears that NQ Vault has abandoned their commitment to serving their customers and providing paid services as in their customer service agreement promises with contract. Very disappointing!

    This app was good but after not using it in awhile i opened it up to see hidden vids and it would not load , i tried puting back into the phone album and it said the file didnt support the phone, no answer or email from customer service im highly dissapointed i paid for something and got nothing in the end

    I’ve subscribed to this app for 4 years now and recently i noticed a few of my videos won’t play anymore. I also had a second password that would bring me to a second section on pictures and videos and my password stopped working. I wrote support 6 times and it’s been two months no response. I told a lot of people to get this app and now i wish i didn’t. Support please write me back

Apple emailed my recipient but there doesn’t appear to be any way to access customer service. My friend suggested this app but she’s a droid user, perhaps it’s just not that apple friendly?

    Have emailed this dumb service three times now because I have a premium service that is withdrawing from my account every three months and recently it’s saying I must renew. I try to renew and the app says it doesn’t recognize my email. Stupid service. Save your pics to your email and don’t even bother with this thing.

    I just uogrades to the XS Max and am having trouble saving photos from my vault to my phone. Even though I granted photo access permission when I installed Vault, when trying to save a photos I am getting the error message that it does not have permission to access my photos on the phone. When I got to Settings>Privacy>Photos, the Vault is not listed an an app that has been granted permission even though I gave it permission at the in-app prompt. So how do I get my phone/app in sync so that I can save my photos?

    I’ve been using this ad says they three when I downloaded it it was good everything until my phone got wet so I went to premium and uploaded all my photos and videos and then switch my phone when I try to login it won’t let me login saying that my account was not found I try to contact this ad but it gives me a number from mother country I try sending them a email is been the week and I having get an answer for them so I believe that I’ll be losing all my photos and my videos that I have in my previous phone

    Still waiting for a response from developer. It’s been months since my videos suddenly stopped playing. When I try to remove them and send back to my phone I get the error message saying it does not support these types of files. DEVELOPER HAS NOT REACHED OUT OR PROVIDED ANY SOLUTIONS!!! Still no word on when my videos will play again. Please help??
