  • Loyalty Programs

    By bangkok3
App is good, but limited on linkage to the biggest loyalty programs. Looking forward to continued development.
  • Cool concept but missing key functions

    By BzeMc
So many of my airline awards can’t be added. Why offer the function when your options are so limited. What happen to AA & UNITED mileage programs?

  • Bring Back My FlightTrak

    By Gregwinters
This thing is not well set-out. Controls are opaque and getting information about a second or third leg of a flight is impossible. Fix this or refund our money. they have fixed most if not all of the old issues and the alerts work well. Well done.
  • useless

    By Edcindc
what is the point of linking your tripit account, if the program doesn’t actually import any of your tripit plans?? useless. deleting now.
  • Must to have !

    Great app
  • What the

    By Gdog1961
I travel every week so I downloaded the app. First thing is you want $50 which is great if it works so I declined. Went to set up loyalty cards. Great. Doesn’t have American or Delta. The two largest airlines in the world. Next went to download trips. Looks at my inbox but I don’t keep info there. Why wouldn’t you just link to to airline once you have my loyalty info? Needs lot of work
  • Perfect

Works great and the fastest support I ever experienced!
  • Must have App

    By Eye guy22
This app is amazing, has watch app and is sometimes more up to date then the airlines own app!! Makes traveling so much more enjoyable! Well worth the money of the app! Even if you travel a couple of times a year I would still invest into this amazing app. Plus I just found that they do an end of the year video summary! That was very cool and made my day!
  • Very good!

    Convenient and easy to use
  • False advertising and underhanded charges

    By SourceChild
I want my money back!!! The sole reason I wanted this app was because I saw their promotion displaying AA flight info on Apple Watch. Well I found out after paying that a user cannot actually subscribe to AA accounts. So that’s strike 1. Then I was sorely made aware that there are actually dozens of travel service companies that I cannot link to. It was a lie! The big one that hit me today.... The subscription period... The screw you because they do not actually offer a year. Instead they charge for a calendar year and they do not pro rate. So I first signed up mid December. When I found out I was shafted $30 I was angry but figured it was my own bad luck. However today when I was charged another $30 because it’s a new “calendar year” is when I became really angry. This app is a scam and a piece of crap. It’s false advertisement and a rip off and I’m not only reviewing but reporting to Apple.

Been using this App as half of the Year I am literally all over the world and on multiple airlines. This App puts it ALL in one place And is super easy to use, although I would highly recommend the short tutorial they use when first opening to get your “bearings”. HUGE fan App in the Air. Great coding to make this App sing. James Van Fleet Chief Meteorologist Royal Caribbean International

Using a run both iOS and android, and having complete different experiences. Neither one is particularly exciting or good. iOS definitely has much more potential, But there’s huge glitches like why is it delta it listed as a frequent flyer of membership? It’s listed on the android version. That’s another point is that I am required to carry multiple phones and it would be nice if the app would at least think it’s Data across the same account. I feel like I got my 50 bucks worth for a lifetime worth of use. But ONLY if it improve Pretty dramatically in quickly, and with out adding features that I need to pay extra for her to access. I probably would’ve just paid the annual subscription for TripIt to be honest. For me the major selling point was the complication on the New Apple Watch.
  • Like it but missing some airlines

    By SassyBoBassy
This is a pretty cool app for tracking your travel over time and keeping all your rewards memberships in one place. The only downside is that not all airline reward programs are available in their database. For example, United and Southwest are two major US airlines but they aren’t included. It would be great to expand the list. Otherwise, I think it’s a fun app!
  • My go to app

Love having all of my loyalty programs housed in on app!
  • Love the Idea, Not the Execution

    By William Rene
Wow what a great idea for an app... though with Delta, United, and American being the biggest airlines in the US, there is a ton missing. An easy 5 star once there is support for these airlines. So far a 2.5 (which rounds to 3) for being half way to a wonderful app.

I just like to say. You know what your life looks like when you have your own way to make positivity louder and your future is a better life than the other things that were in there. Someone needs some help with the new business and a lot of things to do with my family this coming year . Merry Christmas and Happy is always the way I wanna see you. #F1st.#PositivityAlwaysWins

  • Love it!!

    By Refuge40
Stores all the info I need for my travel. I travel a lot so this is really valuable!!!
  • Incredibly Frustrating

    By Tophfoo
This app is a headache. It imports flights that don’t belong to me, I can’t create an account without granting the app access to my email, and the “forgot password” login is broken. Only some rewards programs can be linked (United isn’t possible), so the “track all your points in one place” isn’t accurate. And you can’t see the location of your plane before it comes to you as you can in the free, and simpler, FlightView and FlightAware apps. I wish I could get back the $50 I wasted on this app. If you enjoy overly complex user design, this is the app for you.

    By CrazyCEOUS
Loved video of my flights in 2018 - awesome feature, guys! Thanks much!
  • Slow updates

    By ibjc
I loving having all my flight info in the same place but the direct airline apps update gate and changes much faster than this and at the cost of this app, I couldn’t justify spending the money.
  • Difficult to use

    By Darren D. Johnson
Can’t add flights with flight numbers and it takes forever to find trips already in my calendar and email.
  • Great to see all the places I’ve been.

    By P rod188
Very cool to have this to track all of the places I’ve been. I hope it can recover some of my older trips. It found 36 more today! Gives me a visual when I talk to my kids about my travels!
  • Flight alerts spams repeatedly for wrong days

    By tekgrrl
Downloaded this for a Tokyo trip but three days before my actual flight I’m spammed with every flight number that’s the same as mine for the same city pairs. Useless to me. Deleting. Has potential but way too buggy for an airline employee and frequent flyer to hassle with. I’ll stick to the major airline apps instead of a third party.
  • Awesome app!

    By Harold2Go
My first time to use it and I like it. It gives me an idea where to go and what gate or cancel flight. I would like to continue and keep this app..thanks

    The best travel app ever!
  • Most useful travel app

    By CFI Pilot
I travel 3-4 times a month, so I spend a lot of time in travel apps. I typically use TripIt to track my travel info, but it is not very real-time. I just discovered App in the Air and love that it brings in flight info from TripIt and adds a lot of additional information. I haven't tried the auto-check in yet, but will do that for my next trip. I don't fly Southwest a lot, but that could pay for the subscription alone if you can get a good boarding position.
