Welcome to Tile, the world’s largest lost and found. Tile makes tiny Bluetooth trackers and a companion app that allow you to locate lost or misplaced items in seconds — like your phone, keys, and wallet. Compatible with Tile Mate, Tile Slim and Tile Original. You can order Tiles at http://www.thetileapp.com *Ring your things. Attach or stick Tile devices to anything you don’t want to lose and use the app to ring your stuff when you’re within Bluetooth range. With Tile Slim and Tile Mate you can pick from one of four unique ringtones. *Ring your phone. Can't find your phone? Press any one of your Tile devices to make your lost phone ring —even if it's on silent. *See where you had it last. Keep the app running in the background and it will automatically record the last time and place it saw your item on a map. So, if you left it somewhere, you know where to look first. *Ask others to help. Still can't find your Tiled item? Our “Notify When Found” feature puts every device running the Tile app on the lookout for your lost stuff. If anyone comes within Bluetooth range of your Tile, we'll let you know where it is. This feature is 100% private, so no one knows you're looking for a lost item but you. *Find your phone from any device. Our app turns any phone or tablet into a virtual Tile. Simply download the app on all of your devices — and use the app on one of your devices to find another. Plus, you can use our voice calling feature to call another device from the app — even on silent — to help you get in touch with whoever may have picked up your lost phone.  Notes: * The app utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Tiles. The maximum range is up to 300 ft for Tiles Pro 2018. * The app utilizes Location Services to record the last known location of your Tiles, based on your phone’s geo-location data. * Continued use of GPS or Bluetooth running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Tile Premium: Tile Premium offers an enhanced finding experience with exclusive features like Smart Alerts, Location History and Unlimited Sharing. Available for a monthly or annual subscription ($2.99/month or $29.99/year). You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost. • Fix the app

    By ..........••••••••............
When I have Bluetooth on it says Bluetooth isn’t on and won’t let me find my tile. Don’t waste your money.
  • Apple Pay for retile. PLEASE

    By Jason Pruitt
I have tried 3 times to retile and was too busy to stop and type in my information. Could you guys please just get Apple Pay on the retile option so I don’t have to spend 10 minutes typing in my address or waiting on PayPal to respond?
  • Tile=subscription based

    By ChrisE1G
I just bought a Tile. Get home, once this app was downloaded it turns out that you need a subscription to use the things it claims to do. First crowdfunding the product, then try and sucker people into what most of us call a scam, a subscription. Or a continuous crowdfunding of sorts if you will. All while using crowdsourcing to make parts of your Tile business better and more lucrative. It doesn’t get more shady then that. Why isn’t any of this made clear on the box? The app itself is a mess. Even the single one basic function you can do without a subscription, making the tile beep if it’s close to you can be a mess. If you don’t let the app have constant access to your position, have it set to ON in app background activity and actually have the app open at all times as well, you’ll get bombarded with notifications, and popups inside the app are more or less covering the thing you’re trying to find. Irony? Don’t let anyone fool you into thinking that a subscription is necessary for a company (or any single devs) to thrive and be successful, what subscriptions does is that it suddenly increases the revenue way beyond the actual value of a product and/or service, compared to just flat out selling a product (like most companies outside the mobile world still does). It’s also unsustainable from a consumer perspective when the amount of bills to keep track of every month keeps rising. Tile, you really should let HomeKit take care of the “smart reminders” etc, eh? I really don’t wanna be tied to your app. There are plenty of (free) Bluetooth apps on the AppStore that will scan for all your Bluetooth devices, and show you the signal strength (which will increase or decrease depending on how close/far you are from the device). You’ll miss out on the ringing tone, but if you’re mostly using those green rings in this app to find your Tile, those other apps will do the same job.
  • Great concept

    By Lyn320 :)
I love the tile. It has helped me thousands of times it is just not always reliable. If it were, I would give above 5 stars!
  • Good product. Terrible app

    By Almost Average1
The app is garbage. It eats up nearly 1 GB of storage on my phone and can never connect with my tiles when i need it to. It claims that my tiles are out of range even if they are in my own pocket. Used to work much better than this while not draining my battery and storage
  • Doesn’t work

    By gorr1234
It does not show the tiles unless I am next to them. So if you are trying to find out where you left something that is more than 10 feet away, it isn’t going to work.
  • Tile is a MUST HAVE Accessory

    By RBrylawski
I’ve been a tile user for over a year now. They work perfectly and I have successfully found my car keys on more than one occasion. I love that all our iPhone and iPad devices can be tracked as well. It was time to re-Tile and Tile sent a reminder on the App and via email to remind me. While they have pre-packaged options for one to choose, I wanted to upgrade to the newer Pro Tiles and couldn’t find a package that would meet my needs. I sent an email to Tile and they went out of their way to help me Re-Tile the exact Tiles I wanted and provided the re-Tile discount via refund to my order. It’s great that you can now replace the battery yourself on the newer Mate and Pro Tiles. This is a great product and service Tile offers. I highly recommend them!
  • Like the app; love the replaceable batteries on the new tiles

    By Bill Farmer
Just got my third tile and I sure like how it works and I was surprised that this year 2019 had two models with replaceable batteries. I have always hated throwing away thing just cause their battery is dying and now I can at least replace them; next rechargables!!😁
  • Garbage

    By Ed Proffer
When you stop forcing me to have location services on and when you stop shoring messages that I have to “re-tile” because my tiles have expired, then I’ll resume using your garbage. Seriously. Stop pretending my working tiles aren’t working and telling me I should pay you more money for new tiles. Forget it. For one of my tiles I even followed a YouTube video on how to change the battery. Now it has worked for another two years and it’s still working. And when that battery needs to be replaced I’ll replace it again. But meanwhile your app reports it is “expired” because you know it’s a year old from some embedded production date. Expired. Ya right. It’s not expired. You’re greedy and of course you don’t want us changing our batteries. Instead you want us to pay you ridiculous amounts of money for replacements that we don’t need. Shame on you criminals.
  • Not too happy

    By Mrunal2989
After shelling out tons of moolah buying expensive tiles , I quickly found out that most of advanced features are left out in the app unless you keep paying them monthly. Unhappy camper here !
  • I can find my keys and phone

    By Iphonegirlee2000
Not sure why but I have never been one to put my keys in the same spot and I have misplaced my phone more than a few times. Tile has changed that and now I have the super TILE so it’s extra loud. Can’t find phone just press the time and the phone chimes, can’t find keys, tap the TILE app and keys chime. It makes a great gift too. :) So far I haven’t misplaced both at same time.
  • Works perfectly but...

    By $(fuzion)$
I recently got new headphones that are compatible with tile to find them so I’ve been wanting to add them to the app so I can use the feature. But when I press to add tile it asks me to verify my email and I press to send the code to my email so I can receive the code but it it tells me “Network Error” and to “try again at a later time” so I’ve been trying repeatedly for over a month especially when ever the new update rolls out. I’ve even attempted to change emails but it tells me it’s able to change emails and that the email is already registered even though it’s a completely new email. I’d really like to use this feature since I tend to lose my things and I have tiles on my keys and wallet and it’s helped me a lot. But I wish this bug would let me use it on my headphones.
  • Tried finding email for tech support.

    By stevenevents
As a “absentminded professor” type of person I appreciate the time saving of Tile. That said, I have a couple of technical issues I would like to ask about that are not I the FAQ on the site. I cannot seem to find an email or comments box for submitting questions. What or where would that be?
  • 95% of the time it doesn’t work

    By Kenny Kennn
I can have my wallet sitting right next to my phone and it will still say “last seen 1 min ago” and it won’t connect and won’t make a noise.
  • Annoying app.

    By Bknoyes
Annoying !! Button is always being pressed while the keys are in your pocket and causing an embarrassment around others during a meeting. The battery died in one of my tiles in less than a year.
  • Lates version eats battery

    By sore loser2412
Haven’t used it once to find anything today but I saw it ate 10% of my batter over the last 24 hours.
  • Battery sucking app

    By Pay4hints?
With the 4.42.0 update suddenly my battery is draining at an incredible rate. If this isn’t corrected quickly I will be uninstalling the app and throwing every tile in the trash. You went from a mediocre product to one that is inconvenient.
  • HORRIBLE Dog Tracker

    By Kat425
I bought The Tile Pro to track my dog if he decides to ninja under the fence. The location doesn’t work outside 2’ of the tile! Most of the time I can hear his collar jingling before the app will “locate” him or “notify me”. The Tile is garbage for pet owners, and this company needs to stop advertising it for said owners. This product really scares a pet owner into thinking they will be able to find their beloved animal, however, we are left with insatiable anxiety and loss until a neighbor can offer REAL help—if we can find out pet at all!!
  • Didn’t work when we needed it

    By fbicking
We got one for an aging cat that hides. Tonight we needed to play the sound for the first time and ether the Tile or app failed. Ether way it was of no help and here she was hiding in the couch I was sitting on when I opened the app. Since we just got the tile it is going back to the store as it is a useless product.
  • App issues

    By jxm10
The product is good itself, but the App freezes and makes it impossible to use
  • Please fix

    By Xmenkiller
When you lose your keys and are looking for them, they don’t notify you to where they are till 24 hours later
  • Worst Product

    By fragcalaS
Do not get. I want to cancel. Was given as a gift. Notifies me when my keys or phone are in my purse. Now I pay for it, aweful.
  • Tile. The stolen truck gps locator device.

    By malibuuu69
Story time— my truck was stolen on December 8th 2018. The onboard gps system was worthless in helping me find my truck as were the police. I had gotten in touch diesel truck to start it and warm it up on a cold morning. The fedex guy came as I was turning the vehicle on, so I signed for the package and came outside... my truck was speeding down the street. I had a tile keychain on my keys, and my co workers keys that also had a tile were In the glovebox. I didn’t even think about it, because I had only used my tile to ring my keys... but 46 days after my truck was stolen, while I’m in the process of fighting my insurance company my roommate checked his tile app, and got a ping from somewhere in Virginia we had never been. I checked my phone. Also a ping, 3 blocks from his. So we hit the haystack. Needles to the nose. And we found it!!!!! We FOUND MU TRUCK!!! TILE I LOVE YOU SO MUCH I WOULD LET YOU SIT ON MY FACE
  • Best tracker out there

    By kaleid0katie
I love these things. I lose my phone more often than my keys & with this product & app I can track my phone using the tile on my keys OR vice versa. I highly recommend these. I give them out as Christmas presents & I love them even more now that the battery is replaceable.
  • Mostly Good

    By Tony@467
Finally, a complication for the Apple Watch. Now I don’t have to find my keys to find my iPhone. I still have concerns over the impact running the App on the iPhone in background has on iPhone battery life. Same for Apple Watch, though it’s not even clear to me yet that it links directly to Tiles over Bluetooth. It should but I have yet to check it out.
  • I was able to find my phone AND tile!

    By ec7zztmcLydia
I’m known for losing my phone at least once a week. It ends up being a dramatic manhunt. To remedy this, my husband bought me a tile for Christmas. Within 48 hours I had already put it to use twice because I’m the worst. Flash forward to this morning. I can’t find my phone...no biggie I’ll just get the tile from my purse. But it’s not there. I dump out my purse. Nothing. Queue a full fledged panic. How am I gonna find the tile?! It’s tiny and could be anywhere! Then I remembered this app. I downloaded it on my iPad and within 10 minutes I had my phone and tile. I rarely write reviews but I had to with this. This app is a lifesaver.
  • Buggy, no technical support

    By rtiybg
Finding stuff is hit and miss. Searches for a long time to find something 10 feet away, says its nearby, then a few minutes later the “last known position” is “9 days old” and 30 miles away???? Maybe I just don’t get it. I keep getting a message saying “background refresh needs to be enabled” but settings has it greyed out so I can’t enable it. Help Search goes into an infinite loop looking for an answer. Zero response, not even simple acknowledgement” from diagnostic report. Not a fun experience.
  • Does this thing even work?

    By hodgepodgerama
I bought 8 tiles for my wife and daughters to use. My daughters are in college and they use them for keys, backpacks, purses and bikes. We share access but when I look, the last time my app has seen some of these items, which are all near me or my kids and used regularly, is between 3 and 85 days ago. When I look for my own phone from my iPad, an android phone that runs tile in the background and is 15 feet away, the last time it was seen was. 78 days ago. So clearly these tiles do not work passively. On top of that, when they do work, the location of these tiles is only accurate, at best, down to a couple of city blocks. So, they don’t update often and when they do, they are not very accurate. Not what I expected.
  • CarPlay support?

    By Cloaknyc
Hi, the app is good. I see you offer support to Land Rover cars. When will you support CarPlay?
  • Unauthorized Charge

    By EPhil86
I just received a charge for Premium Service that I wasn’t aware that I had signed up for. My Tiles died months ago and I decided not to purchase replacements. How did this happen?
  • Only crashes upon opening after most recent updates

    By swmoore13
Can’t even get the app to work anymore, even though my OS and everything else is within the specs. Every time I open the app to look for a tile, I can’t even get to the home screen, it just crashes. I also tried to ring my phone from an active tile today and it won’t do that anymore either. Pretty frustrating since it’s supposed to be a “there when you need it” tool and technology.
  • Had to manually update

    By RabbitofAnime
The app didn't appear in the app update section, didn’t even know it had one until i tried searching the app
  • Starting to get really greedy for money

    By Thrangor
You can’t open the app now without getting bugged about shelling out more money. This is the last tiles I will buy.
  • Like Tile, not a fan of the app

    By Woofbrands
Why can’t they just have a simple list view. Been using them since the beginning, had tons of problems in the beginning that eventually were worked out but I don’t need to see an advertisement in the app for premium. I have 12 tiles I keep renewing, just give me a simple list view without all the crap.
  • It really does not help if somebody takes your wallet

    By Mikey36896178
I lost my wallet and someone random picked it up and I thought oh hey I have the tile app this should be easy to track down but no it’s not it’s based off of other people’s tile to find it. So Even though I was on the spot of where it said my wallet was I actually wasn’t because i tried hitting the ring the tile button but it wasn’t close enough so I spent 45 minutes walking around and still couldn’t get close enough but 30 minutes later I get an update on how the community has found it so I go to that place and still no luck even though I was on the market on where it said it was so thank you for making me spend 15 dollars on something that is a great idea but is very flawed and doesn’t work when you need it the most
  • Lost my car /house keys for three weeks

    By Prettybabyally
I drove home with my extra key but I can’t find my original car/house keys for the past three weeks! Suddenly remembered that I have TILE attached with my lost keys. I get on the TILE APP and the app said my lost keys was at the HONDA where I have my car serviced. I called my service guy he said he hasn’t seen it. I told him the TILE device telling me that my keys are there. I told him I will be there and will using TILE app to find my keys. When I got there he still said I haven’t see the keys. When I tapped on the TILE app. Then I just followed the sound and my keys were in his supervisor office draw:). He was very impressed and said he definitely will get his wife one:). Tile save me 250 dollars.
  • Phone

    By kjarkasy
Truly an amazing invention and app just one thing is that you can’t change the phone ringtone if that’s possible that would be amazing. Also if you guys work with apple somehow so that the tile would be like the airpods where you press the button and it shows up with a menu on the iphone or device.
  • Dog collar waterproof tile

    By Babzlarue
This was working well. It’s about two months old. I got the newer waterproof tile, because it is for the collar my Labrador wears. I haven’t used it much and now it doesn’t work. It works intermittently, but defeats the purpose if it doesn’t work all the time. I tried the ”help” area of your site & didn’t see any customer support, just many customer issues to read. Is there a customer service line, to talk to somebody about this? THANK YOU!
  • Frustrated

This app suddenly disappears and has to be downloaded (albeit from the cloud) at least once a month. Meaning it is useless to actually use it unless I look to check it regularly.
  • So far enjoying the tile pro and this app.

    By Gunhaxx
It’s stupidly easy to set up, forget about and then remember when you finally need it.
  • Rarely works

    By jlmiii79
Worthless. I’ve followed all instructions, put on all the recommended settings, talked repeatedly with customer support and this thing still hardly ever works. I’m literally holding my keys next to the phone, and it still can’t find them. And it’s not this phone; it was the same with the previous phone. A complete waste of money. Canceling and finding something that actually works.
  • Battery drain??

    By Lee PA 027
I’ve been a loyal Tile user since the initial rollout but over the past couple days the Tile app has been draining my iPhone SE battery at a ridiculous pace. I’ve had to recharge 3X already today by dinner time. Is anyone else having this issue?
  • Ruins Bluetooth

    By Ounrg kundve
Tiles are great for finding your keys, horrible if you listen to music, talk on the phone or do literally anything other than find your keys with Bluetooth. I understand that there are technical issues with how many BT items can be connected and the types of data that can be transfered simultaneously, but there should be a warning that using a Tile will make BT audio unusable. I have experienced this with iPhone 8+ and XS Max, using Bose QC 35ii, Ford Sync, Bose Soundsport Wireless and Airpods. I bought multiple BT headsets and even a new phone trying to sort out the problem, the problem was not on my end. Glad that I have like $150 of Tiles that I am unable to use.
  • Tile’s Not Ringing When Trying to Find

    By SmileyTxMom
The app and tiles worked wonderfully at first, but with the replacement tiles its hit or miss. I’d already found my keys before the tile started ringing.
  • New Purchase

    By GreenL19
I have had the product about 1 week now and it works as advertised so far. My problem has been with Customer Service who has responded but not directly with my issue regarding an additional charge that I agreed to for expedited shipping. The product was not delivered within the timeframe advertised and no portion of the additional fee has been refunded or directly responded to by the Company.
  • Works as it should, but...

    By WyFo118
The tile itself needs to be louder. My wallet was in the pocket of the pants I wore yesterday. While standing over those pants I could barely hear the tile ringing...
  • Not effective - disappointed

    By MSColonna
I have to find my phone myself and start up the app in order for the tile app to make the phone ring. Every time i’ve needed the Tile help I would hit the button and when I find the phone (myself) it’s just vibrating. When I start the app, it THEN makes sounds. Two stars cuz it works better finding the tile on my keys from my phone.
  • Garbage

    By Wows people
Very very unorganized app. I will walk all over my house and it will NOT give me the option to ring the tile. It continues to tell me to get into “range” knowing full well my keys are in the same house as me. I even went to the map locator and got right on top of where it was pinpointed, still, nothing! The app would even tell me that it was connected to the tile yet STILL would NOT give me the option to ring it. I have been doing all I can on this trash app for the past THREE HOURS, and am still trying to find my keys. I have no idea how it’s getting good reviews, these must not be real people. Can’t be. If you are considering buying this app and product, I am sorry to disappoint you, but look elsewhere because this ain’t it chief. Complete and utter garbage, thank goodness it was a gift, I just feel bad for my girlfriend wasting her money on this useless piece of irrelevant existence.
  • Stop pestering me to upgrade

    By larzy86
I love this little gadget, Ive already used it to find my perpetually lost keys. What I don't like is being pestered to Upgrade to “Tile Premium”every time I open the app. Its obtrusive and annoying to be forced to close an AD popup before I can get to the core functionality I paid for. Bad design, alienating
