Welcome to Tile, the world’s largest lost and found. Tile makes tiny Bluetooth trackers and a companion app that allow you to locate lost or misplaced items in seconds — like your phone, keys, and wallet. Compatible with Tile Mate, Tile Slim and Tile Original. You can order Tiles at http://www.thetileapp.com *Ring your things. Attach or stick Tile devices to anything you don’t want to lose and use the app to ring your stuff when you’re within Bluetooth range. With Tile Slim and Tile Mate you can pick from one of four unique ringtones. *Ring your phone. Can't find your phone? Press any one of your Tile devices to make your lost phone ring —even if it's on silent. *See where you had it last. Keep the app running in the background and it will automatically record the last time and place it saw your item on a map. So, if you left it somewhere, you know where to look first. *Ask others to help. Still can't find your Tiled item? Our “Notify When Found” feature puts every device running the Tile app on the lookout for your lost stuff. If anyone comes within Bluetooth range of your Tile, we'll let you know where it is. This feature is 100% private, so no one knows you're looking for a lost item but you. *Find your phone from any device. Our app turns any phone or tablet into a virtual Tile. Simply download the app on all of your devices — and use the app on one of your devices to find another. Plus, you can use our voice calling feature to call another device from the app — even on silent — to help you get in touch with whoever may have picked up your lost phone.  Notes: * The app utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Tiles. The maximum range is up to 300 ft for Tiles Pro 2018. * The app utilizes Location Services to record the last known location of your Tiles, based on your phone’s geo-location data. * Continued use of GPS or Bluetooth running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Tile Premium: Tile Premium offers an enhanced finding experience with exclusive features like Smart Alerts, Location History and Unlimited Sharing. Available for a monthly or annual subscription ($2.99/month or $29.99/year). You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Product rarely works

    By Therealfarmerjohn
I’ve had Tile for a year and the product works about a third of the time. I’ve contacted customer service which was difficult to communicate with since it’s been outsourced and they sent me new tiles. The new tiles will not communicate with my phone or my phone with the Tiles most of the time. Tile constantly sends unnecessary emails. Please do not email me in an attempt to change my review, I’m dissatisfied with this product.
  • No longer able to disconnect the Bluetooth connected in the latest update

    By Mike ˊ_>ˋ
They took out the ability to disconnect the Bluetooth connection to tile in the latest update. I am having bluetooth interference issue with my Bluetooth speaker. I used be able to resolve by temporarily disable the tile Bluetooth connection to tile while I am connecting to my speaker. Now I cannot do it. Thanks a lot for the update that took out a feature.
  • Tile Replacement

    By Update2012w
I like the purpose of this device since I’m always misplacing my keys and my phone. The HUGE down side to this is that once the battery runs out they want you to go and buy another one. This little devices are not cheap and it adds up. I will not be replacing mine again.
  • Secret code introduced

    By Mr. Protocol
“In this release, we’ve further improved the app...” This is all they ever say. How comfortable do you feel in running a string of new releases when you have no idea what they’ve been doing to the code?
  • Solid app

    By rwishnoo
Would love you guys too more features like a feature I would suggest is the battery life indication of key smart pro!!!!
  • Needs LTE version

    By AZ_Doc
Love the Bluetooth Tile but Tile needs to create an LTE version like Samsung.
  • Perfect... but one annoying flaw

    By Aetolia
Great but with one big problem. I accidentally hit the button all the time and my phone rings— even when my phone is set not to ring. Only a problem because I accidentally hit it all the time... wish there was a way to either 1. Set it to tap it twice before it rings my phone or 2. give the app an option to turn that feature off. Every phone has find my phone.
  • Stopped working tiles now a boat anchor

    By AStrand
    No product support.
  • Premium Buggy, No Support

    By UCLARugby
The original Tile is pretty good. However, premium isn’t worth it if you have more than one location in Smart Alerts. So, if you leave home without the item, you get an alert. However, if you leave work but didn’t have the item to begin with, you get an alert that you left work without it. I’ve given feedback about the issue multiple times and no response. Add to that, that you have to respond to whether the alert was helpful. If you choose ‘No’ you are forced to type a text remark every single time. That is ridiculous.
  • Save your money.

    By jeeaneeeette
FYI this is honestly the 1st review I’ve ever written on an item not mattering how bad it is. The only reason why I’m writing this is because this “Tile” is absolutely HORRIBLE. I purchased it since like other people I always run late due to lost keys. I saw an advertisement over this item tracker and decided to give it a try. I didn’t even have it for one day and it automatically started ringing, I wasn’t on my phone what so ever and the tile started to ring at my job, home, school, etc. It would only do it here and there not ALL the time so I kept it. Today, I was eating my lunch and I was about to head out so I opened the “Tile” app to ring my tracker so I could find my keys. Tell me why I didn’t notice that they were behind my napkin dispenser, CLOSE to my phone. The app claimed to be ringing the tracker even though it was near to my phone and the thing didn’t ring not once. I looked for my keys in the rooms I had entered after I got home and nothing so I went back to the kitchen and put the napkin dispenser back where it is(cleaning since I was about to head out and just grab the copy of my keys) at that moment I realized my keys where literally right next to me. I set my keys next to my phone to see if it was just a lack of signal since sometimes other objects can block it and even at that point my tile wouldn’t ring. With that being said, please save your money and don’t buy this. Good luck if you do end up purchasing this item, hope what happened to me doesn’t happen to you!
  • Double pack

    By LukeandLaura
I received The Tile double pack as a gift One works, the other doesn’t
  • 3 stars for the product

    By Giwana
The tile itself is really great. I love it, and have many of them. I was excited when they introduced the one with replaceable batteries, so I don’t have to spend $25 each year to get a new one. But the app uses a ton of battery life. Way too much. The last few nights, I wake up and my phone is at 20-30%. I thought that this was because somebody bumped it off the wireless charger by accident or something. But this afternoon I looked at the battery usage on my phone and saw that it actually was plugged in the whole time, but for some reason the app was using so much battery that the charger couldn’t keep up. This doesn’t make any sense to me, it would have to be using a lot of power for that to be possible, but it happened. I understand that for the whole crowdsourcing thing to work, you need it to run in the background, but this is too much. I don’t know why all of a sudden it’s been using so much, but I turned off background app refresh and I suggest anyone reading this does the same.
  • Ugh

By ya boi uh skinty pen15
The app was working fine until the update, how come I can’t ring for my keys anymore??? It’s making this thing useless.
  • Absolutely useless

    By Piotr N
These things are not only useless but actually harmful as they give you a false sense of security. I can be holding one in my hand and it is still cannot be found by the Tile app. One of my tiles showed on the map as being 300 miles from me, even though it is only a few feet from me. Total garbage.
  • Tile

    By Collin Risinger
Unfortunately I lose my keys enough to keep giving this D-list company multiple tries. I’ve bought multiple tiles and each one has died by the end of 4 months. I’ve even tried Tile Pro and it’s garbage and again lasted less than 4 months. This is the first review I’ve ever written if that gives any meaning to how negatively I feel about tile.
  • Review

    By Jackson Graham
Though it is very helpful for finding your wallet in your own house or if you lose it somewhere small if you lose it at a theater or restraunt the app is useless and ridiculous. The thing doesnt even use GPS and is run by Bluetooth which has many problems because nobody likes having bluetooth on (also to find it the app needs to be open). Also dont forget the great feature that if somebody just so happens to have the tile app (almost no one uses this app) with it open and bluetooth turned on and just happen to be within 100 ft of the tile then yea itll tell you where it is. In short find a better tracker.
  • Trash

    By Madskillzdc
Ever since the update the app crashes immediately for me I can’t even use what I paid good money for
  • New app does not work

    By cmcmcmcmcmmc
Tile app on my iPhone got upgraded recently and all my tiles don’t work any longer. I am not able to ring my keys etc.. please fix it
  • Worst product I’ve used

    By Gunny2013
Bought 2 new ones, neither of them work unless your a foot away from it, ringed works when it wants, absolute trash, will never buy again
  • Love tile so much

    By bdfbdth,
Tile has upgraded my life and upgraded my laziness because I don’t really have to look for my items but this is the best item that exists
  • Not working after 5 months

    By asmaier
I got a time for Christmas and now it’s not working. I have an iPhone 10xr and now it’s not finding the tile at all.
  • Sharing does not work

    By JKooz
Sharing is buggy. Sharing a tile from your phone with another account will prevent your tile app from “finding” the tile and breaks the “phone finding” feature of the tile. If you don’t share the app works great. This is on iPhone 5s and 6s running iOS 12.2
  • Why bother?

    By atriscari
Never works when you need it and always works when you don’t want it to. The app doesn’t update frequently so it always says my keys are at home even when I’m states away. Waste of money
  • Battery drains.

    By mike1746
This is an update from my previous review. I had problems getting the program to recognize device, etc. I resolved that very quickly. Customer service was eager and willing to help me, but it wasn’t necessary. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do and that’s good. Hopefully they will figure out something that doesn’t require so much battery use.
  • A wonderful idea that annoys me no end

    By macsince84
I love this app but I hate the tiles. Too many false alarms. Why not require a double press to set it off. Every time I get in the car the tile in my wallet starts the phone playing that annoying song.
  • Not reliable

    By dontwamnaleavenickname
9 times out of 10, Tile works great. Unfortunately, when I can’t find my stuff, it isn’t helpful for the app to tell me that my item is nearby, if it won’t then connect to it. Just searched for my wallet for 40 minutes. It was underneath the chair in the room I was looking in, and never connected. So frustrating.
  • Leech

    By brucegrahamjr
This app is a leech on your battery life. I couldn’t understand what was draining my phone and battery case in a matter of a few hours. I looked at my battery usage in the phone settings and found that the Tile “Background Activity” was at the top of the list with 20%. The concept of Tile is amazing, but it’s not worth the battery drain. If you disable the background activity, then your ability to find your keys is gone. Staying tethered to a phone charger is not how I want to spend my day.
  • Randomly effective and somewhat annoying

    By Heyer fan
I have the new 300 ft tile. Yes, you must be within 300 feet to find the object. My daughter’s tile randomly went off while she was taking the ACT. No one pushed the button or tried to find it, it simple went off. My younger daughter also had a brand new tile that would not stop playing it’s jungle. On the opposite side, my daughter will sometimes push the tile to buzz my phone and it only works about 60% of the time, even when she has the two items next to one another. I have had the same issue trying to find my keys. I will try to find them on the app and they don’t ring and come up lost, only to be found next to me! When we keep the app open, it does not actually track the location of the Tile. I think it randomly locates the tile so that it comes up with locations along the way, but not necessarily places I have been. This makes back tracking impossible! My daughter lost her keys this winter and we were unable to locate them. We keep the app open, but the last location was a day before she actually last used the keys. Locations are days old and I have no idea how to update them. Lastly, the app is really not easy to use. I have multiple maps tracking saying I have lost items that we have found and are next to the app. I cannot get rid of the maps. I cannot try to find the items the app thinks are lost. When it works, it’s great: like finding my iPhone from my watch! Unfortunately, with all of the glitches it is only randomly effective about 10-25% of the time.

Lost my keys with tile on it, went to tile app, guess what. It crashes every time i open app and now keys are gone forever
  • Kills My Battery

    By ThatGirlDash
My Tiles are really useful! I have two problems with the app though. 1 - Having to have it running all the time in order for it to work kills my battery very quickly. 2 - I signed up for Tile Premium for the smart alert feature, but it’s pointless when I don’t get notified that I forgot something important until I’m 15-20mins from my house.
  • Premium a waste

    By Roadwarrior622
The basic app and devices work fine, but I made the mistake of signing up for Premium. Complete waste of money as the alert on leaving, say your keys or wallet, does not work. It gives false positives everyday, and doesn’t alert until you’re quite a distance away - too late to do anything if by happenstance you actually did leave your item behind. Good idea but not real world ready. Feeling ripped off
  • The recent update caused my tile to crash on start up.

    By XiaerJ
The recent update caused my tile to crash on start up.
  • Doesnt update

    By 1125784947373
I got a til 4 months ago for xmas. I finally needed it today, and the device location hasnt updated in 2 days. Ive checked that I had the most recent updates and nothing. A lot of good it does telling me the location of my key from 2 days ago!!
  • Tiles great but volume could be louder

    By Lady8x
I wish the volume on the tile would be louder. Often it’s too quiet to hear or find my stuff. So if u were at a crowded location it would not be any help. And pinpointing a place with a ton of people well good luck
  • Premium Subscription

    By ZapperZiggy
I have a new email address and this company will not let me switch my account to the new address unless I cancel my yearly premium and purchase a new one at the new address. That is so bad business. I will not be renewing anything from this company. Very dissatisfied with your greedy policies.
  • Strong recommendation

    By DeanoDenver
I wrote a negative review on Tile in the past, but their new releases with vastly improved app give users much more control over how we cn use this valuable tool. Excellent implementation, excellent product.
  • Not consistent

    By Boba-Bola
When you need it the most, it can’t locate the tile
  • This is a nuisance and a waste of money.

    By kgtile
This app reminds me if any of my tiles aren’t with me. I can’t leave any of them or I get the “did you leave...?”message. Also it usually “reminds me 5 or minutes after I walk out my door. By then I’m 2 miles away. This is a nuisance and a waste of money.
  • Product is useless

    By Human in California
It finds my stuff when I’m less than 3 feet away from it, but it is useless otherwise. I dropped my wallet at a department store but the most recent location it was showing in the app was my house, hours before. What’s the point in even having a Tile?
  • Premium a waste of money!

    By Aac225
I paid for premium so I could have the support and the batteries replaced. My tile batteries died in less than 5 months and they won’t replace them and refuse to refund my money. They also want you to jump through hoops to get any kind of help or talk to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve been fighting about this for days now.
  • I absolutely LOVE/HATE my Tile

    By Freddy Fart Face
The amount of time and headaches and rage that my Tile has saved me from is immeasurable. I often lose all my stuff and it’s great to know now that with a push of a button I can find my keys in the freezer or my phone somehow inside the fabric of my couch. That being said, I’m going crazy accidentally setting it off, because my Tile app only stops it’s ringtone once I enter the app, and not when I open my phone. Literally the only flaw.
  • Battery draining

    By K.C ElTallawi
Something is killing my battery much faster with your recent 2.46.0 update!
  • Ugh

    By jadeleighann
I liked the tile app when I first got it but now even though my tile is 5 feet away it can not detect where it is, says finding tile nearby. Like ya I know I can see it why aren’t you ringing? I’m jut disappointed because I paid money for this
  • Stop being greedy

    By itjustaintright
Gotta love when companies lock the potential of a product behind a pay wall for they’re subscription. You have to pay to be notified if you forgot whatever you attached your tile to because it’s a “premium service”. That’s pretty much why I bought it for in the first place and I have to pay for the service as if the 35$ wasn’t enough🤦‍♂️
  • Premium support isn’t worth it

    By ecook
Don’t get trapped paying for the premium support. The batteries are dollars a piece and the support itself is terrible. You’re just swindling yourself. Get a dozen batteries for the same price and just keep them in your drawer to power your tiles for years.
  • app won’t open

    By jadenbyrd
    crashes immediately
  • Overall Great

    By Stevealex95
I love how you can keep track of your phone and wallets, but was disappointed with the premium services. I left my keys at home with my dad and room mate, and the app showed the keys were at a house 8 mins away. I called my dad when I got the alert and said the keys were home... So I guess sometimes location can be inaccurate.
  • Good tracker, good app but so far bad customer service.

    By Newbie1791
Reached out to customer service three times and so far I received no response or even acknowledgement of receiving my messages.
  • Tile works well app not so well

    By Radioactive-235
The tile (Pro) is nice, a little larger than I expected but still pretty small. As for the app, it places way too much emphasis on premium services. I just bought it today and unfortunately I have to actively navigate around premium service options and pop ups for the premium services. It’s very frustrating for an already expensive device. I’d expect these features to be part of such a simple yet expensive device. Also, link this app with the if this than that service so I can be notified when my device goes out of range.
