    Unknowningly ordered food from a restaraunt out of range and called customer support only to be hanged up on, I respectfully asked if I could get a dasher out and they said I couldn’t, I asked for a refund and the rep said she’d have to ask the store if they made the order, I was put on hold without recognition and the call dropped. 30$ on food that I never ate, as this is the first bad review I’ve ever written in my life, I understand the service being over priced but paying 30$ for nothing is a scam

    So they delivered the wrong food, I handed it back to the driver. I contacted, Mark L in customer support and he Tells me, we cannot refund the delivery charge or the service fee. I said, why? It’s none refundable, but you can discount the drivers tip. I said, well you didn’t deliver my food, you didn’t perform a service, the driver didn’t get the right food. So tell me what was done correctly to constitute a fee? I should pay for someone else’s mistake? This app is now being deleted. Good Job Mark L.

    After placing three orders on various days I found that only 1 order arrived within the original stated delivery time. The delivery wasn’t just a few minutes late but rather over 40 minutes or even to the point of having to cancel with a 5 day refund period. UberEats seems to be the wave where they actually automatically refund and cancel the order if its taking too long with an apology notice.

    I have ordered a few times and never had much of a problem, I ordered tonight and the food was great! The delivery was awesome! I go to check my card balance and notice I was charged $30 more than my receipts show! I reached out to customer service and they treated me like I was lying. I will never use this service again. I tried to treat my family and ended up being overcharged and disrespected.

    I’ve ordered a total of three or four times and had my food stolen three times. This app is dependent on people making the deliveries being trustworthy and it seems like no repercussions occur from negligent dasher’s stealing food. I won’t be using this service ever again.

    I think tipping drivers is extremely important. However this should be done after I receive my order. I have had order take over an hour as my hot food gets cold waiting on the driver.

    I cancel my order due to wrong address just seconds from placing my order due to wrong address i contact support and was told i cannot get refunded or dashcredits due to cancellation of order when the app does not allow you to chat with a representative through chat while a order is place so now i have no food or a way to reorder so basically i door dash just took my money and my food and gave me nothing in return horrible service and i have use them years now will never use this service again

    I am so beyond frustrated with this app. I have given them a chance time and time again. Between having food delivered extremely late, order being wrong or cold, not being able to get your money back just “credits” and now the cherry on top (so many chances for convenience and it’s always bs) I get a message for $5 towards a DoorDash order and decide to order dinner and all I get is error messages and can not load errors. Use any other delivery service.

    Almost 2 hours late for the “delivery window” I was given, nobody contacted me, and when I tried to contact the “dasher” an automated message told me to “try back later”. Had to make 4 separate phone calls to get the order canceled? Horrible service and this isn’t the first time.

    Most of the time my food is cold and the order is not right! I have had drivers set the food on my front porch and not knock on my door or let me know it there and it sat for looks 30 mins on three separate occasions! I have instructions on my account that the food is to be handed to me and none of them comply !! Last night was the first time the dasher called me to say my order was not right. I am actually going to start using grub hub I have given so many chances and it’s like they don’t even care ??

    I had a referral promo code, I downloaded app and set up my account. Once in the cart and about to order, I clicked back to double check the order amount for tipping. Now the app says I’m no longer eligible for the promo code even though I never placed my first order.

    I’ve always had an issue with the fact that they don’t let you tip after based on your experience. I truly dislike how they offer discounts through notifications they don’t plan on applying and there’s no way to find it. They also don’t make it clear that the “free delivery on orders over $$” is only for dash pass. I wish Postmates was more popular where I live because I honestly prefer them. They literally offer all of this and discounts randomly and their customer service doesn’t treat you like your dumb when you ask a question.. not happy with my experience and their app definitely has room for improvement as well as some of their customer service associates..

    Basically i have ordered food from this app about 4 times and 3 times out of that 4 it has been cancelled either because that store just didn’t do the delivery or the dasher cancelled my order. i hate that we have to tip them before, like what if they came super late? or they cancelled my order? We should be able to tip after. also the fees and the delivery fee together is expensive probably about 10 dollars. ill order chick fil a and my subtotal will come out to be like 10 dollars but the total will be 20 or something. not okay. especially if i’m not getting good service.

    Every time I order thru Door Dash, the estimated arrival is ALWAYS longer than when we were told before I placed the order. Then it “updates” the arrival time and that’s is always longer. Each time it says “arrives in ten or less minutes,” it changes to double the time. It doesn’t matter the restaurant/vendor. This app is severely inaccurate. If there wasn’t a pandemic, I would not use Door Dash.

    Me and my grandmother ordered food from 2 places. She got A&W I got Panda Express. Her order came first, the man had a woman in the car with him. They took her cheese curds...I contacted support and they gave me the money back in DoorDash credit. It does nothing because the credit doesn’t cover the cost. With the extra fees and tip the cost of the food being replaced was around $12. My order came next, again another passenger was in the car, but this guy was smoking. None of the bags were sealed, my carton of rice and egg roll was missing. It’s unsafe because they weren’t even trying to be clean, and they’d took food. Please be cautious or just avoid using doordash. I wasn’t given a refund, and I wasted my money, don’t waste yours.

    My husband and I have been using this app for years. Since the pandemic started, in the beginning deliveries were great. Food on time, orders correct, no missing items... now? Well now most people delivering are picking up multiple orders so by the time it gets to us our food is cold. Drinks are missing. Sides are missing. Orders are wrong. Customer service? A joke! We contact them to say something and they just give us a whatever gift balance to use on our next order. Not all persons delivering are like this, nor are all restaurants, just a big portion of them. Enough to use other services.

    I ordered my food and the payment went through and was fine. But the driver for my delivery was driving pass my location and wasn’t responding to me when I was asking when will my food be here. Though it never came cause the driver had stop driving and never brought it. So I cancelled the order and never got my money back.

    You Hunger will only grow. This is ANOTHER occasion in which my money has been taken and my food never delivered. When I called the support line they couldn’t give me any information regarding my order/ the whereabouts of my food. As someone who works in the cannabis industry obviously we are hungry and the fact this has happened on multiple occasion has lost the entire team as buyers. Either cook your own food or look elsewhere. *Only put 1 star because I can’t leave a review without leaving any.

    My order was cancelled 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered! Why? Because the restaurant wasn’t open. Is there anytime in the last three hours since my order was placed that I could have been notified that the restaurant wasn’t going to open. And then to wait an hour after the restaurant was supposed to open to cancel my order and to let me know, not very helpful.

    The app would get 4 stars but the drivers are unprofessional, and after what happened to me I’m not eating from a site that lets people who don’t care about job handle food I eat. After my last experience I have decided never to eat from fast food places again!!! Be very careful about people who don’t care about job and who gets the tip even when they don’t deliver your food!!! Bags suspiciously open a little I. Weird places drinks spilled inside bag food super cold because they drive past your residence multiple times. A lot of the dashers not saying which ones very rude thru app communication with you!! I don’t wanna worry about something bad happening because someone doesn’t care or think it’s funny to play with peoples food idk, but for me I’m deleting this app as soon as I get my refund!!!

    This has got to be one of the worst services I’ve ever used. When it works it’s fine but 75% of my orders I’ve placed sit in a “confirming your order” status that apparently just never times out and they don’t seem to have any method of follow through with the restaurant. The worst part is their estimated delivery timer keeps counting down even though the order hasn’t been confirmed and no driver has actually been assigned to the order.
