    I purchased! I then put in my granddaughters year of birth! My 4 year old is waiting to play! They tell me I can’t proceed. I figured they would want it to be age appropriate and already a hard time! Really! Open it please so my granddaughter can play! How do I now cancel my order?
  • Bad poor and doesn’t work

    I just got this today to years. And it absolutely does not work. It took forever to get it loaded I had to go to another location to use the Wi-Fi to try to get it to work better still did not. Every time I try to click on a video that has a play button it says ups this video doesn’t work try another. I’ve been trying this for two days. Downloadable videos I thought would be easier. But they’re not. What happens is I click that on it it keeps telling me to update it. But every time it takes me to the update there’s nothing to update. I’m on an iPad about one or two years old at this app Absolutely does not work.

    My son is 3 years old id like him to play good educational games, but the games that are good aren’t free and the ones that are stupid are. Please make them free, the only good app is PBS. Hands down I’m glad their free on everything for now. So sad how everything cost $$$$ just to play . I feel bad for any child that WANTS to play but can’t because a lot of things aren’t free

    The Noggin app I have on our Roku is amazing. Love it. However, this iPhone app is garbage. I log in, then try and play a video for my kid and it leads me back to the “subscribe now” page. So I log back in again. Does it again. It’s repetitive. I pay $8/month for this app I figured I’d be able to use it on my Roku and phone but that’s clearly not the case. Not paying $16 for Nick Jr shows, sorry. Deleting.

    My toddlers both have older iPads, but they are completely cleared and full of memory. However, this app is apparently not compatible. So I paid $8 to download the app and try it out just to have to delete it because nothing would load on it leaving my kids very frustrated. It might work fine with newer tablets, but I don’t know.

    This app is a complete scam. I hate free trials that still ask for your card info then they don’t send you a reminder to cancel your free trial at the end of 7 days. They just keep it going and charge your account. You try and email, they don’t reply. Thankfully you can cancel subscription within your Apple ID in settings and if they still charge me on March 10, which is the day it’s supposed to cancel - I’ll call my bank and block any charges from this dumb app.

    Noggin, I like what you have, but can you add videos such as Little Einsteins, Special Agent Oso, All Grown Up, As Told By Ginger, Little Charmers, Shimmer And Shine, Hey Duggee, Pucca, Otis And Friends, And Mickey Mouse Clubhouse? I would love ALL of my memories here. Thanks for reading AKA!

    You need to fix the bugs. I get booted out of the app after one episode. Of anything. Every. Time. This is the only thing my son can watch blues clues on, and it is his favorite show. But I shouldn’t have to stop what I am doing every 15 minutes to fix his TV to put blues clues back on because he is whining for it. Please fix the bugs, and I will up your rating. And I know it isn’t only my roku device because it is like this on both of the roku devices that my mom has and my sister’s roku TV. If you’re gonna up the noggin pricefrom the $5.99 it used to be to $7.99, ok that’s fine, but make it watchable on all platforms that you have before doing so, because otherwise it is pretty much worthless.

    While I love Noggin and have been watching it since 2004 when it was in tv with my first I dislike a few things. Why can’t I play it on my laptop when we are traveling? My Roku app always crashes. My baby can watch a few episodes and then it causes the roku to reboot. I tried deleting and reinstalling and still does it. I have been forced to watch noggin on a phone screen or a tablet. We should be able to watch it on a website.

    My son got the app and we thought we had to do nothing. But no! We have to get a subscription to watch videos! We don’t have money right now. And the subscription is to costly. At least drop it down to $4.99. It’s alright if you get the subscription but it’s a bad app in my opinion.

    I did order this for my 7 day trial period. My daughter used it for 3 days and was no longer interested so at 4 days into the trial period I went in and cancelled my subscription. They charged me for a month today even thought I cancelled my subscription early. Bad way to do business. Now I have paid for the next 30 days for something she is not interested in using.

    This app is full of subscriptions! It won’t even let you watch ONE episode without a subscription! If only it could go with ATLEAST FIVE EPISODES THAT ARE FREE! Before I downloaded it on this day, they had two episodes that are free! That’s better than having none! I currently HATE AND DESPISE this app. If it gets better, I would probably download it again, but at this time, I HATE IT.

    As a parent of a special needs child who adores Noggin, it really meant a lot for your customer service to be so attentive with the iOS force close issue when it was happening, and then caring enough to write back when everything was resolved. We will be subscribers for as long as this service is available and are grateful for it’s return! 🙂

    I have other subscriptions, but $7.99 a month is too steep to justify. I enjoy the features and my child likes the interaction as well as her favorite shows. I would definitely reconsider if the price point was under $5.

    My 2 year old absolutely loves it but if you have iOS you may have trouble using it. When I purchased the app it worked well with 1 device but as soon as I downloaded the app on a separate iPad it stopped working. It won’t open in either iPads now. I contacted customer support and they told me they are working on the issue with the new update and they were nice enough to give me a $10 iTunes gift card but it’s been a week and the issue still isn’t resolved
