    This is the worse camera-app I have ever had. I have 2 other camera systems in and outside, and they never let me down. I bought the 360 and drilled into my ceiling then mounted the camera. It works for a couple of days, then stops. I have to drag my ladder out from the garage just to hit buttons to reconnect. I wish I never waisted $150.00 on this garbage. I put it outside originally, but the camera always fogged up and I couldn’t see a thing. Until they get it together I will use my Arlo and a Elkin cameras.

    Bought the cams for monitoring, and by the time they do, if they do turn on the person is already walking away. A lot of the time I can’t connect to the camera, even when I’m sitting in the house, and on the same network, three cameras and they all do the same. 100$ a camera is too much when I can buy 4 cameras and a dvr for a little bit more and they constantly record. Had to turn off notifications because I was being bombarded by notifications to buy their stupid monitoring service. Don’t waste time on this app and get something better.

    Tries to create an account in 2 different devices and it says “creating account please wait” for a few minutes and then says “error please try again in a few minutes” It’s been an hour now with multiple attempts on two devices and nothing.

    This app has never worked on my old iPhones and has never worked on my new iPhone. It will open less than 25% of the time. When you arm the camera sometimes it will disarm itself and vice versa. The clips don’t save half of the time and their servers are down half of the month, this has been going on several years. Plus there is a fee if you want to save more than two and a half seconds of footage, or was it five full seconds? The footage that is recorded is always recorded AFTER something happened and is never caught on film. Notifications of movement can appear hours later, they won’t email you notifications correctly and only text you notifications about three times a month and tell you you’re out of text notifications. Also the camera turns itself on with the blinking green light that tells you someone is manually watching you. 0/100 Do not buy

    I’m so sick of Guardzilla. I’m sure there is a way to bring a class action lawsuit to this company for false information and for not being able to keep there network running for more than a few hours at a time. I bought the indoor and out door cam. Out had good video but no sound worthless. The indoor looks like complete garbage and the thing only picks up movement if I walk slow and right in front of it. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS WANA BE SECURITY SYSTEM. They also upload every video to there server but don’t allow you to see it. Very creepy practice going on with this company. As I say again time to get a Facebook page to get a class action lawsuit. I want my money back I’ll send your complete junk camera back. It’s like new since it’s junk.

    This app is so inconsistent. It periodically logs you out. I have the camera set to the most sensitive motion setting and can have the cam aimed toward my door, leave the house and it doesnt record or notify me of movement. The 7 days of cloud service im paying for is useless because it isnt consistent regarding the events it records. It may go days without recording and i have to reset the device and set everything up all over again. The app crashes periodically and some days it takes longer than usual to load. Sometimes it wont allow video playback of previously recorded material. The camera quality also is subpar. I regret my purchase and this app due to its lack of consistency and for a security system like this consistency is important.

    I have never left a review on here before but I feel the need to tell potential buyers to NOT waste their money as well! I’ve bought three cameras over the past two years and only one worked the whole time. I finally reached out to the company and all they did was send the same device reset instructions that’s on the website; when I emailed back asking for a manager to reach out: they resent that original email with the directions on how to reset the devices. It’s three weeks later, five emails asking for someone to contact me, or a manager, and I’ve only received the generic response of restating the devices. This company, and product is a joke! I’ve tried three different phones, four different devices, and over 30 hours trying to get them to work at this point. Highly recommend going with another company that has customer service. I also have paid for the iCloud services for two years now and the videos I save are STILL deleted/missing; it doesn’t happen immediately, but I had tapes saved from two weeks ago that are now simply gone. *** If this review doesn’t stop you from buying the cameras, please know - you’ll never be able to change the password on your devices to sign in. *** The software simply negates common, user-friendly allowances you’d get from better companies like Nest. I’d still love to be contacted by a manager to get a refund for all the years of not being able to use the cameras or services - if anyone from the company even cares about reviews or customer service; thanks!

    If you don’t mind self-monitoring it’s great, which is what I do. However the app has become extremely buggy and temperamental. It keeps logging me out, takes forever to login, takes forever to find and load my camera and then takes just as long to connect. It has also stopped recording and saving the videos. Very unimpressed with how the app is degreasing.

    For the price of each camera I bought for me and daughter, it is total garbage, I have friends who purchased other models at half the price and have camera package deals. It worked for couple months then crashed. Had to keep removing app and putting it back. Then it just quit working. This camera is garbage DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have no answer to fix the problem yet they want you to pay all this money for ONE CAMERA. Try “YI” was security camera. Guardzilla won’t be in business long with this overpriced garbage. So very disappointed at the loss of so much money. I bought five for me and my kids to interact.

    Friends of ours have ARLO video security and it is soooo much better. Guardzilla customer service is terrible. I think they have one person for customer service. It took me 5 days to finally get thru. It never works right on my phone either. And the blue activation light doesn’t shut off on the unit after you use it. Seriously, put the money towards an ARLO video security system.

    My iPhone 8 app still doesn't recognize any of my cameras. I chatted on-line with their support and they said to uninstall and then re-install - didn't work. I did it two more times and still doesn't work. 1 - Apple should remove this app from the store and 2 - Complaints should be sent to the Attorney General of the State of Missouri since Guardzilla's real name is Practecol, LLC and is registered in Missouri.

    Ok no auto arm in 5 weeks this really shows me how I do not need their cloud video storage plan. Really disappointed in the lack of addressing this issue Been using 2 of these for about a month no real issues. Since update notifications turn themselves off constantly. 1st Update now defaults notifications to text,email,push no way to stop this without turning off notifications completely. Getting tiresome 2nd update Stopped working can’t connect as of 1/18/2019. I pay for this service?

    For several months the auto arming feature hasn’t worked on my IPhoneX. I have called/messaged with customer service, although they were polite, no significant assistance was provided, other than “it’s a tough fix.” You took my money, your product should work as advertised.

    Recent update makes the system worthless. First, you must type in your login email address and password every time you launch the app. Second, the siren part of the alarm always automatically shuts off no matter what you do. Third, no matter what settings you only get email sent to your spam folder. I have all options, but since new version it won’t send pop up notifications or texts. This used to be a decent system, now it just completely doesn't work.

    Do not buy this product! Everything about it is horrible. The software for the app is junk, video freezes up after a few minutes while viewing live camera view. Also App closes a lot while in middle of using it, and about 4 other issues I could list also. Spend your money elsewhere trust me.

    Purchased a indoor/outdoor camera. Downloaded the app from Apple. Camera would not load, and said to call support at Guardzilla. Went online with the chat icon. Never answered, called the company left message. Sent emails to the support address, with no help. Guess I will toss it and this app in the trash, never to use either again. Do not purchase this product and don’t waste your time downloading the app.

    This company will go out of business one day with their deceptive business model. Worked well before and now I can't use it if I'm elsewhere and not within the same WiFi. Useless. I'm assuming their goal is to bait you in and make you switch over for a fee. Sure that's like any other but they go too far with that simple use. I wouldn't mind paying extra if I want it as security system. This is just a cam use and I can't even do it. Be competitive guys. Grow up or grow some.

    It’s a simple enough product, yet somehow this company can’t seem to get the software and the hardware to work together nicely. 1. First camera somehow didn’t connect with my app 100% correctly. When supposedly logged in to my camera in my own apartment, the app actually allowed me to see into other people’s security cameras. They sent me a replacement camera, which permanently solved that problem and generally seemed to work for about a year. 2. As I said, replacement camera seemed to work for a while, but now the geo-location auto-arm functionality doesn’t work. Per support’s suggestion, I deleted the camera from app and started all over. Still doesn’t work. 3. So, now I need to manually arm and disarm when coming and going. When auto-arming is enabled, your phone’s location should trigger the arming of the alarm. Trust and confidence are paramount when you’re putting a 24/7 camera in your house. Unfortunately, I have neither trust nor confidence in the Guardzilla hardware, software, company, and support team. I’d be furious if I’d paid for the product. Thankful that all it cost me was some credit card rewards points.

    I purchased it today, April 1st, how appropriate for April Fools Day. I will be returning it tomorrow. I bought it at Office Max, it was in a discontinued case for $49. I see why it was discontinued. Complete waste of money. We have blink which is good. I just thought a camera with voice to voice action would be good. Quality is simply put, AWFUL.

    Camera doesn’t wake to record unless object moves within 20’ on our out door camera. I can almost get into all vehicles without triggering camera. If internet is not perfect there’s huge slag times to load view of live footage. Now the recorded text alerts are two hours behind...so I don't know for two hours that something triggers the camera-I’m already home by the. Useless!

    This is the worst app ever. I have to keep signing in to the app every night when I get home and I’ve found no way to keep you signed in. That’s not the worst either. When you arm the siren at night it disarms itself shortly after arming. It also automatically resets the volume of the siren to the lowest setting and it automatically resets the duration of the siren to the shortest duration. I guess that doesn’t matter since it disarms itself shortly after setting. This has been going on for 6+ months and all Guardzilla support says is to delete and reinstall the app. Disconnect the camera and reconnect or turn off the camera and turn it back on. Same response every time. When you do reply to their email they never reply back. Every time I had to contact them I had to start a new ticket for the same problem. There is no customer support phone number and no live chat. Customer support basically doesn’t exist. The camera and app worked really well in the beginning and I’ve had it a couple years now but they changed the app and now the camera is practically worthless. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

    When I first got it a couple of years ago it had its problems, they fixed the software and it was working good for over a year. Emailed tech support twice about issues and they responded the next day. Last 2 times I emailed tech support because of more issues with the last couple of updates they have not responded and it’s been weeks. Camera doesn’t auto arm anymore, lagging when trying to connect with WiFi or LTE, keeps telling me to log back in when I open app, siren doesn’t turn on after setting it up on the app. Will be looking into another camera system, I’m glad I didn’t em up buying multiple cameras.

    For security system that supposed to notify you with either a text message, push notification, or email when the alarm is triggered, this one does none of the above. It work great when I first used it about 2 years ago living with roommates. After I moved I put it in the safe location for it to not get damaged while not being used. now all of a sudden the application itself has a lot of bugs and issues. And one of the issues is the login itself. It will tell me that username is wrong or password is wrong but then when I submit with the same information a second time it works. Lotta glitchy video. And the sensor for the alarm works from time to time. Not 100% accurate. Plus when I go to the settings to adjust preferences for my camera, it will go back to default settings. It just seems like this company gave up on its products.

    The cameras themselves are more than adequate, however the app is so glitchy they’re basically unusable and not reliable. In six months Ive had to delete and reconfigure the 3 cams I have about 5-6 times. Every now and then one or two just drop off and are “forgotten”. Every now and then the “share cameras” thing drops off and I have to re-invite my husband because we can’t both be logged in on our devices or it screwd up. We had break ins this weekend and it wasn’t recorded because the app glitched. I can see a video was recorded, but it won’t load. The app randomly closes every couple minutes/clicks. It’s a race to log in and see what you need to before it closes again! Now I’m trying to re-invite the cameras, but after I type the email address and click send, the app just closes. It’s not my device as I’ve had the same problems across four iphones and an ipad. It’s just junk programming. We want to add more cameras but we’re going to scrap these and go with a different system. Maddening!

    Sometimes the auto alarm works but most of the time doesn’t have to set it manually . I emailed CS because their number goes to VM and states it is full. One time they said in an email to reset which didn’t work or reboot. I deleted the app reinstalled and set the cameras up again. Still doesn’t work. Hopefully you are reading this before you buy. I strongly recommend that you buy another system that does what it is suppose to and a Company that has reliable CS, I am tossing mine

    If you want to just be able to look inside your home while not home this will work. However, don’t expect to be notified if someone is there. The sensor doesn’t work to detect someone has entered even at max sensitivity. I have walked directly in front and put something in front of the camera intentionally without it notifying me motion was detected. There seems to be a glitch now where it wants you to constantly log into the app now. I will not recommend this as an actual security system as it is far from reliable.

    I have no idea how to eliminate the monthly charges on Apple. I sent an email to support with no response. I can’t remember signing up for monthly charges nor professional monitoring. I want out and have no idea how to do it. I gave a 1 star for ease of use.

    When I first got these cameras they worked great. Now most of the time you can’t get the app to work, when it does it takes forever for it to sync with the cameras. If they don’t fix the problem I will have thrown $200 out the window.

    I will open the app, it takes 30 seconds - 1 minute to show the status of the camera if at all. Double tap home, close the app, open it again, it asks me to log in. Close the app again and restart, and I’m logged in again. Sometimes the camera doesn’t show up and the app freezes.... I’m trying to use this to keep track of my father and its just causing more anxiety.

    I bought this and was very excited until I got home and turned it on. Took a half hour just to sign up. A hour later and still won’t be connected to the camera. It’s bs and isn’t worth 80 dollars.
