  • Recent update just crashes.

Most recent update crashes. This is the only way I have to check my work email.

For no reason the app keep crashing and can't use it anymore...any suggestions???
  • Horrendous

    What the frick Microsoft
  • App not updating properly

    By msrikant
With new update, app fails to load up properly and fails to show new unread emails except for unread emails number. Restarting my phone didn’t help either. Selection of multiple emails is not responsive. Delete emails by swipe is not working properly every time
  • Getting better

    By Ujpesti
I’m a long time Outlook user, but sometimes I switch to other apps as I get tired of the bugs in Outlook. My email count is often wrong on the badge. It usually shows 3 emails more than I actually have. Sometimes if I delete emails quickly the app still thinks I have a number of new emails. It takes two to three open and close before the count goes away. No big deal. Just a bit annoying.
  • Crashes

    By n2dbch
Keeps crashing whenever I attempt to open it.
  • Was the best

    By SmallTimeMonkey
Was the best email / calendar management system out there, right up until they decided to remove the ability to tap and call or get directions from the location field in a meeting. Not sure who thought this was a good idea it has rendered the app useless for over half my day when traveling and that is 90% of the time.
  • Great alternative

    By jkcanewton
Much better than the Apple Mail app
  • Had issues that weren’t resolved

    By Random.Reviewer7
The app itself is decent if it works for you, the support seems to be largely useless though. I’ve had issues loading emails for a few months and the support hasn’t really helped. There’s been a bunch of generic reinstall/update and restart advice. There’s been back and forth going back months that has involved simply getting them information, and their last suggestion was to download another app to see if it helps, but it didn’t. On top of that they closed the support channel multiple times without any resolution and there’s no escalation or customer support ticketing policy in place either for app issues. In short, if it works for you great but if you encounter issues just try something else instead.
  • No support response, major calendar issue

    By JillardC
I loved this app until a major calendar glitch started up. I contacted them through their support messenger (the only method I can find), and they responded saying they had received other tickets and we're working on it. It's now nearly a week later and I still can't add to the calendar! And when I message to follow up, there is no response at all. I can't find an alternative way to contact support so now what? There's no purpose to this app if I can't add to my calendar.
  • For now...

App keeps freezing, please update to work better in New iOS.

    By The Island Folks
App won't open requires upgrade, go to app ...can't upgrade.
  • I find my stuff that I un-spam keeps going to spam

    By Pedro VO
Please make a feature to “save and remember this action” like not allowing certain senders to go into spam. Automatically moving certain emails into folders, etc.
  • Office 365 accounts falsely show all done for the day message

    By O'Dublin
Which isn’t true because I have 1000’s of mails in my inbox. Reinstall didn’t help.
  • Why no collapsible folders?

    By Kostasko
I don’t understand how this app doesn’t allow you to collapse the folders in your email.
  • Slow

    By Bigmrv07
Login time after Touch ID all over map. Sometime instant, sometimes 10 seconds. Keep getting Updating message on calendar and email inbox. App is useless when this is happening. Switching inboxes also very inconsistent.
  • Support

Love this appt but not been able to connect with y tablet it kick me out immediately
  • Some really annoying bugs

    By Angry for nothing
I personally really prefer the native mail, calendar, and contacts on the phone. However my work has brute force d us to use only Microsoft. Using outlook in general is fine, I use it all day everyday on my desktop. However, I’ve hooked in my personal email accounts for one stop shopping, but for some reason it does not remember my preferences for those accounts. I get hundreds of emails a day, and don’t want notifications. I have to turn them off several times a day. If was not forced to use the app for work, it’s annoying enough I would delete it.
  • OMG! : (

    By ThisCuteApple
For me There is a lot bugs! And lags a ton! I have a IphoneX and it's 2 months old! I hope you Can fix it!
  • What happened to one touch dialing?

    By Dmacdave
Used to be able to click on a phone number in a meeting request and dial in to conference calls. Guess it’s back to the iOS calendar for me.
  • Calender is horrible

    By AngryVeteran🇺🇸
Won’t allow users to sink emailed events automatically. I created a group to keep my organization on track, but everyone has to manually add all the emailed events to their calendar. Which defeats the purpose of the group. The inability to sink everything on the calendar makes the group feature pointless.
  • No Notificafions

    By John Com
No badge updates with email. Late notifications. Becoming less dependable. What is going on Microsoft?
  • One tap calling gone?

    By Omgycantigetanamethatworks
In a recent update (not sure if to the app, or iOS) the one tap dialing was disabled. This is incredibly inconvenient and I hope it is changed ASAP. Otherwise the app is great.
  • Serious problem in the last update!

    By Decebalvs
Please, investigate and fix this quickly: Email arrives and I see the notification. I click on the notification and it takes me to Outlook and I can see the new email. I press “Reply” and send the reply. BUGBUG: Reply is in fact added to a different email belonging to the same thread! The receiver is now baffled as to why the response seems to continue an older message. First time when it happened I thought I did something wrong. How on earth do you even implement this bug? Thank you.
  • Notifications

    By DiscoBrisco
My notification settings are getting ignored by the app, super annoying. Please fix.
  • Doesn’t download my emails

    By JessyDar
When entering the app sometimes it can’t upload my msgs at all. So it’s just useless app
  • App crashing in 20 seconds

    By ankitcbhagat
The app won’t stop crashing every 20 seconds. I would have to reopen the application and this is frustrating.
  • Locks up frequently

    By Cwashburn76
They converted us over to Outlook where I work and the amount of times it freezes and needs to be reset just opening regular emails is frustrating.
  • No longer an enterprise solution

    By Derek Ladd
I could be blaming the app vs blaming the host, but when you sacrifice almost complete functionality and especially responsiveness for security this is no longer a viable option, while at the same time helping create a monopoly for itself as the only option. So thanks for keeping security first but the weekday link in security has finally been taken out of the equation because “I’m out”
  • Can never share file GL

    By thefuck:48
You cannot share a file it’s the worst App in the world thank you for giving me the worst time ever Microsoft 👍
  • Adding links to text no longer works!!!

    By Hussain Ahamed
    Please fix.

    By trkshsve
Just like multiple other users, since the update, everytime I tap to open the app it immediately crashes.
  • suggest folders to move emails to

    By Skinnycords
a recent version of the app started suggesting folders to move emails into - this was a huge feature for me when using the native iphone mail app. is there a plan to add this back into the app???
  • Multiple Notifications for same thread

    By Juan Culajay
So disappointed! There’s is been reports for years now of multiple notifications displaying on iOS and you guys are not addressing it. It is so annoying to get notification after notification for the same e-mail. Please correct this issue because it is very annoying.
  • Was Decent

    By Kellogg Ryan
Microsoft continues to make this app worse and worse. For example, now you cannot tap on a phone number in a meeting invite to make a phone call. This is ridiculous!
  • Tech issues

    By Isam Esq
Horrible response to tech issues. My signature block is stuck where I can’t change it (I’ve changed addresses). The app crashes every time I try to edit my signature block. Customer support messages me to update the app log out and try again as if I didn’t already do that. Then they tell you to do it again over and over bc they release updates everyday. This has been going on for months now, disappointing.
  • Used to love this app

    By RaymondReddington
Until the last month or so. Emails with attachments get stuck in the draft or outbox folder. It hangs when trying to attach a file from google drive. The devs response yes we know we’re working on it. This is such a basic feature for an email program. Also when I read a gmail message on my phone but go to the desktop web page the message will still appears as unread. Microsoft has taken what was honestly an outstanding app and destroyed it.
  • No Tasks, No Notes

    By BeyondtheTech
Not a complete Outlook client without these two.
  • Independent calendar

    By Simortih
Outlook needs the ability to have a non linked calendar. Otherwise for me it’s just another email app. I don’t care to link to another calendar at times. I just want to have an independent calendar on the cell phone. The desktop allows you to create non-linked calendars why not the cell phone. One last gripe, provide a means to see email flat. Focused and whatever only option doesn’t work for me.
  • Pretty good features but frequent crashes

    By PFF13
Using the review features with the document in OneDrive is painfully slow and eventually crashes.
  • STILL no Outlook

    By Knitting Kat
The newest update version STILL has not made the app work. It still crashes immediately upon opening.
  • Minimizing Draft Emails

    By Matthew the BB&T Fan
The ONLY thing that keeps me away from Outlook is a feature that only Apple Mail iOS offers at the moment. The ability to swipe a draft email to the bottom of the screen, and then pull it back up after you’re done referring to another email. Can Outlook include this awesome feature in the future?
  • Issues w Microsoft App Developers

    By AB_Preach
I’ve been thinking about transitioning from Apple iCloud based apps to apps that work on all hardware platforms. What I am finding is that iOS has the market cornered on the quality of Apps in its App Store. I’ve also been very turned off by the smaller app developers and their push to subscription based plans and lack. I don’t want a freaking subscription to every app! Plus I find that it’s not really worth it unless the hardware company offers cloud storage, optimized apps and supports them along with its hardware on multiple platforms. App developers have handled the move to iOS 13 poorly. They have been slow to update, switching to subscription models on previously owned apps and only My Lord knows if the app will be updated with the features you want. With companies like Apple, Google and Microsoft you know what you get. I’m afraid of Google because of it privacy policy, but it has solid apps. Apple is apple. Hardware is good, but apps are basic. Microsoft seems to be showing a lot of promise lately, but I think there app developers are poor. I am coming to believe that they intentionally hold back from full iOS integration. If it’s not intentional, then it’s just plan silliness considering their mission and that they no longer have a phone. I’m going to post this on each of the Microsoft apps and hope that it gets someone’s attention. Lol Outlook: Took months to get calendar search. Calendar such only works with outlook accounts. (I would move to this app if I could search my calendar) Printing an attachment isn’t always straight forward. I tried to print a word document and had to convert it to pdf. New design is clunky and cluttered. Slow splash page at launch. Phantom updates and fixes. OneNote: Slow splash page at launch. Isn’t integrated with iOS search which is huge while on the go. Microsoft Todo: Lacks Share Extension support Can’t email a todo into the app. Isn’t integrated with iOS search which is huge while on the go. Just sharing my thoughts. I’m just noticing a lack of consistency across third party apps which keeps me with boring old apple services.
  • Won’t open

    By ZebraFlake
Since the update for “bug fixes” 4.6.0, the app crashes as soon as I try to open it even though email previews come through just fine. Version 4.7.1 has not fixed this issue. So please fix the bug so the app is actually unusable 🙏
  • Great app, but needs a few more basic features

    By Toodely-do-dah
Please include a selection feature in the search, including “Select All”. That way multiple emails can be filed or deleted at the same time, making it more efficient. Thank you, TM
  • Best Email App

    By Not.nice
I have used other email apps but this is the by far the most feature rich the mobile to desktop transition is almost seamless. I may be bias as I used outlook for my personal and business use.
