  • Love the app

    By JustMe609
Love the app for the most part, as it works exactly like it did when I had an Android. Except one feature. The android app allowed you to set up a do not disturb option during set times. But, Irecently moved over to an iPhone, And this option is not available. I loved being able to set the time for when I am actually at work, as I use Outlook for my work email and would rather only get notifications outside of work hours. I don’t need notifications during work hours as I get those on my computer.
  • The latest version keep on crashing !!

    By wwwwwwwkkkkkkkkkkk
The latest version keep on crashing !! Pls Resolve !!!
  • Good, but no latest conversation first UI

    By yl007web
In thread mode, latest conversation is in at the bottom, needs to swipe all the way to see. A basic feature that is lacking.
  • Stupid app. Why must I “read more” on nearly every email?!?

    By OOffW
    Stupid lazy design.
  • Frozen and glitchy

    By afdierksen
I WANT to like this app. I WANT to use this app, however, the amount this app freezes and glitches and wont let me even access my mail is ridiculous. I can log into my email through the google and find what I need faster than I can access my email on the app. It’s dumb.
  • Became a dog.

    By lbtler
Not sure what you’ve done in the last couple of releases but Outlook has become a dog to load. It takes far too long.
  • Just all different bug problems

    By vcrtuoploiutre
Just all kinds of bugs in this app. Emails can’t read or marked as read. Badge count doesn’t work normally can’t read focused emails sometimes. The spam folder is always showing me messages from my old phone
  • No Notifications for inbox folders?

    By Nvrbrkn
I love outlook and overall love the app. I wish they were notifications, at least that you could select, for your folders within your inbox. If I have “rules “set to have automatically filtered emails into other folders within my my inbox, I would not know unless I went into each individual folder and checked. Not very efficient and if it’s the purpose of setting the rules and other filters. Thanks Jen McPeak HR Director
  • Ongoing - Extremely slow calendar response

    By Bigmrv07
Calendar scroll up and down and swipe left right randomly very slow. Very clunky feel.
  • Repeated crashing, slow response, emails don’t show notifications

    By raj-sahu-1
Title says it all. Tired of removing and reinstalling the app. Microsoft ruined a good mail client.
  • iCloud File

    By Maloke117
Make it possible to access our iCloud files from within the app. It is inconvenient to not be able to.
  • Update has ruined speed

    By RonKabob
This app has come to a crawl as of the latest update. Searching folders takes 15 seconds+ where it used to be instant. Switching between the various mailboxes also take about the same, please fix this if you want to keep people using your apps
  • Freezes for several minutes while reporting spam

    By Jay Bluez
The Outlook app is the only way to identify spam. No matter what I do, whenever I try to mark as spam, each email freezes for several minutes. I wish the iOS mail app handled spam, but since it doesn’t I have to use Outlook and I dread this activity. Why does it have to be so painful?! Come on, Microsoft, make it easier to identify and block spam.
  • Doesn’t work anymore

    By NicknameRich
Crap, sick of so many failures

    By zappygoat
whatever update yall made broke the app, I cant even open any email without it crashing. fix this.
  • This build is SLOW

    By Dr. Mega-cool
Seems like every 2nd or 3rd release make Outlook slow and clunky, almost unusable. Please step up your performance testing, DevOps practices (which I’m told Microsoft does well) should be catching these issues.
  • App has become very slow to open since June 2019

    By Sonuus
App has become very slow to open since June 2019 on iPhone Xs max.
  • Too many reminders with Quicken

    By buckmergler
I use Quicken and have since 1990. Great program. When I sync my bill reminders to the Outlook calendar, as it lets you do that in the program, I see on the iPhone X mobile app of Outlook under the Calendars, it makes each bill reminder in triplicate which you can not delete unless you do one by one, ( there are over 100)! This isn’t going on with the normal Outlook program on my PC. That Outlook calendar on my PC shows only one instance of each appointment or bill reminder on the given day. For that I give the app two stars. If the bug isn’t fixed within the next 6 months, I will just delete the app all together.
  • Calendar support lacks

    By Szymczaksteve
Can not see team calendars nor shared calendars in app. Also can not see shared inbox and team inbox.
  • Outlook

    By PP001A
Yep, deletes my other mailbox messages immediately. Outlook will only show me the gmail account even though I send the message to both accounts. Notifies me but then erases the notification immediately.
  • Super slow to open since last (few) update

    By bobkitchen
Power user who relies on outlook on the Mac and iOS. Not sure what Microsoft did - but it now takes 2-3 seconds to open outlook each time I need it. This adds through the day - as does my frustration. Please fix, Microsoft!
  • Constantly crashing

    By JoeUnplugged
This app worked great until May 2019. Now it crashes every time I use it
  • Keep fixing the bugs

    By Freddy&Bunny
Still freezes up and will not reset

    By andy1997!
I have the latest version and it’s keep on freezing. I have to uninstall and reinstall
  • Would like to try the new version but... it blows up!

    By TRaz6391
iPad Air 2. Open the app, it starts loading, then BAM! It quits totally! Free memory, try again, same thing. It’s broken. Update: The app works with my iPhone X. Does NOT work with the iPad Air 2. It gets to the screen that says LOADING, then within 5 seconds it quits totally. Have deleted and redownloaded about 5 times to no avail.
  • They Keep Bothering Us

    By Maxfun lol
We always regretted creating an outlook account. They constantly ask to validate our accounts even with an alternate email address and sign in authenticator. They just won’t stop wasting our time and won’t allow its users to send 1 email in peace. Lots of ads and this constant sick validation in less than 24 hours using one and the same iPhone. Duh!
  • Performance Failure

    By Red Hawke
Sorry to tell you, but your “performance improvements “ failed. Performance declined rather than improved.
  • Keeps signing me out

    By BethanyDrowned14
For some reason it keeps signing me out of my email
  • Is not working

    By jsc!!!
My email is empty i do not what happened
  • Kicks me out of the app

    By jeehehwjwhehe
I’m just on outlook for a while and it just freezes and kicks me out of the app I’m on a I phone 6s pls fix soon
  • Outlook great

    By G0lfer13
Much easier to go through e-mail and can sort through spam faster than online.
  • The app won’t fully open. Shuts. Down. As soon as it load

    By ace ramos
    Very disappointed
  • Get rid of the “read more” for long emails

    By Scratch67
    Very counter productive.
  • Clumping messages

    By teacher user2
It would Be nice to have each email individual instead of clumping messages from same sender.
  • Freeze up

    By his times
I have used this app for long, but for some reason it doesn't want to work. I can't check my mail because when I go to scroll it just freeze up. I have updated it and still doesn't work! Please fix this or I'm deleted it!
  • Great but slow

    By Nomnom1!
If you want a 2-3 second delay use this app. Their latest update has definitely slowed it down
  • Was there an update couple of days ????

    By prasagra
It has become real slow in last 2 days. Like works in a slow motion.
  • Cant open any PDF

    By Nizle32
even 365 invoices sent by Microsoft... “couldn’t load file”
  • Not working

    By TrinityTruX
What’s the point of an email app if all it has been doing for over a month now is delete all my emails that I haven’t even looked at let alone want deleted. I went into panic mode thinking I was hacked but that turned out to not be the case. When I first got this it was great and showed me all my emails and it just had a good set up but none of that works now. I keep it in hopes that it’ll get fixed but my patience will only last so long for this app
  • Issues as if a week ago

    By Ibmoose
I don’t know if it was the iOS 12.3.1 update or Outlook’s updates but as of a week ago, Outlook is slower to open on my iPhone 7+. Also, if I open mail and am redirected to a safari window from the mail, coming back to outlook it resets and I’m not returned to the mail I had opened. Love Outlook, please fix so I can go back to 5 stars :^)
  • very slow to load - 5 seconds

    By imsmarty
This app has gradually become slower and slower with each update, takes about 5 seconds to open. Not good anymore. Response from support when contacted to improve loading time: “thank you for your patience. I have gotten confirmation that this is an expected delay especially when the app was force closed. The loading time is related to the number of accounts you have and the number of emails in those accounts as well so this is expected behaviour. I recommend that if you would like to see this improved and implemented in one of our future releases, go to Settings > Help & Feedback > Suggest a Feature. Here you can vote or add your idea to the list. That way the developers will know what the users really want to see and can focus on implementing that in one of their next releases.” So expected delay is acceptable? Even with 5 accounts, stock iOS Mail app loads in a second, Gmail app loads in a second, so why Outlook takes 5 seconds? I bet poorly written/bloated code.
  • Contacts

    By stopit19
You don’t show everything that I have added into contacts such as notes. Need that info sometimes and can’t access
  • Pretty good but still has room for more

    By @rbp2
Overall, the functions of the app are what you’d expect from any mail application. A couple of items that is lacking that I thought would be fairly standard: • HTML based signatures - really, I can’t have my standardized business signature that includes an image, links to social, etc. ? • Date Filtering - a great feature if you’re traveling and want to make sure you saw and responded to everything on particular date(s)
  • 3.27.1 notifications bug has returned

    By KC1974
No notifications yet again unless you open the app. Why can’t you guys get this right?? Who does the QE??
  • Crashes

    By Hmmmmmmmmm!
    The latest update crashes (V3.27.1)
  • Notifications are broken

    By kaizersoze
Sometimes they work most times they do not. When they do work, I am told I have more mail than I actually do. Really frustrating.
  • Latest update ruined IMAP

    By Aunationalchamps
IMAP accounts no longer sync. All emails are gone and new emails will not load into the app. Office 365 accounts work fine, but this app is now useless for IMAP.
  • Very Organized

    By Deeeeeleee223
Much better than the Mail App js 🌈
  • Last update issues

    By lb-ski
My inbox unread email app tags (the unread email count in ref on the app icon) are doubling from the actual unread email count. The app tahs return to the correct count, then double again. Office365 exchange user on private domain name.
